The property features a concrete dock that can accommodate up to a 26' boat, offering the best of both worlds in terms of views and boating. This luxury home boasts an open and inviting interior with abundant natural light, cool tile and hardwood flooring, and soaring ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a beautiful granite bar top seating for 5 and an indoor dining table for 8. The spacious living room features an oversized, super comfortable leather couch, an additional separate seating area with a TV, and breathtaking views from the Open Water porch beyond. Pets allowed with Owner Approval and a non-refundable $150 pet fee. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds at any time.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. If paying with a credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will apply. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $3000 will be collected at time of booking.
