Recently Constructed Modern 1 Bedroom Vacation Home

Bambu is a beautiful rural and quiet area. We have neighbors but there is still a lot of farmland around the houses, as well as ample gardens with fruit trees, flowery trees, and lush greenery. The neighborhood is close to Puerto Jimenez (only 5 minute drive on a paved road), but still far enough away that you feel like you're in the countryside. You don't have the general motorized vehicle noises, as our street is a dead-end road, and only a few more families live further down the road. We have parrots and scarlet macaws visit the property almost every day, as well as plenty of other song birds, hummingbirds, and butterflies. Sitting on one of the porches, you will always be able to observe something flying by!

The entire property spans around 2800 square meters in total, and we currently have 3 rental houses on the property. Each house is facing a different direction, so you have your absolute privacy on your porch. My co-host Josh resides in one of the 3 houses on the same property, and is always around in case you have any questions or need help. He is also the one checking you in on your arrival day (unless you request a self-check-in). The majority of our neighbors are friends of ours, and we enjoy their company. My gardener Toño lives only a few houses down, and is around 1 - 2 days a week to maintain the gardens.
