Newly Remodeled Home on Great Fishing & Swimming Bay!

Summary:
Experience an east coast flavor up north in the Cove on Mille Lacs Lake. This newly remodeled lake home is above average in its quality and furnishings! The home sits on one of the best swimming and fishing bays on the west side of the lake and features a downstairs family room, fish cleaning station, and a private dock!

Enjoy the water in one of the two kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, or giant Aqua Lily Pad. There are plenty of board games, a ping pong table, and dart board for indoor entertainment. Little ones can take a dip in the kiddie pool, play with the water table, or run through the inflatable splash pads. Fire up the grill and enjoy dining on the lakeside deck. Gather around the fire pit and watch the sunset as your group makes memories and explores the amazing area.

The Space:
The master bedroom features a king bed, a day bed, and a desk. It also has a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen. The 3rd Bedroom has two twins. Downstairs the family room has a couch and a daybed, but there is not an egress window yet so we ask that guests do not sleep down there.

Guests will get access to our online guestbook which has a ton of videos, check in and check out info, as well as our guide to help our guests plan out the perfect getaway.

Other Things to Note:
Pease note: MN REandM does have a general rental contract and waiver of liability that we asked guests to sign prior to getting check in info. This is an easy online form that only take a few minutes.

Interaction with Guests:

Cleaning Fees and Stocking:
We have the highest quality professional housekeepers in the area. They wash all linens off site and all bed linens and towels are provided and set out. Best of all, they use a line of ecofriendly toxic free cleaners. They also stock the following items: Shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane.

MN REandM employs an online rental agreement and liability waiver. Upon booking confirmation, we'll email the link to this form for your quick completion. You simply fill out your basic info and click the button to sign it.
