As you step into the welcoming entrance of this home, you will have ample space to take off your shoes or boots and store all outdoor gear from the day’s activities in the bright and spacious mudroom, leaving it all behind as you enter in to the open living, kitchen and dining area, with wall to wall sprawling views of the Quechee forest. While your incredible meal simmers atop a Wolf gas range, you can be comfortably curled in the adjoining living room. Adjacent to the open living space is a tastefully renovated full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a main level guest room, complete with a queen bed and ample storage space.
Enjoy cooking meals with your loved ones in the kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a gas range - as well as plenty of natural light to brighten up your day! Relax in the massive sectional in the newly finished lower walk out. It is perfect for lazy days watching a movie, taking a nap or playing games. The finished lower level also offers a game room with foosball, Air hockey, a dartboard, and, for the younger guests, a great assortment of toys to keep them entertained. No need to bring any of your own!
As you make your way to the upstairs living space, to your right is a king size primary suite, conveniently located next to full bathroom. Down your hall to your right is an additional guest room with a queen bed and not to be outshined is the final guest room at the end of the hall with two double beds, a fun swing for children, plenty of room to spread out and do your morning yoga routine, or perfect for a play space for your little ones. There is a fully renovated basement space with Foosball, air hockey, and television - perfect for the entire family. Don't forget about the new outdoor deck! We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
