Tulet huomaamaan, että tämä yksi makuuhuoneen huoneisto, jossa vuodesohva on hyvin nimetty, ja ihanteellinen pariskunnalle pari lasta. Olet niin lähellä rantaa, se vie vähemmän kuin viisi minuuttia päästä sinne yksiköltäsi. Voit nähdä veden lanai. Ihmiset sanovat, että jos kylmät, vain hypätä veteen! Tämä huoneisto on saaren takana, mikä tarkoittaa, että saat melkein 365 päivää ihanaa auringonpaistetta ja katsele upeita Maui-auringonlaskuja suoraan huoneistoon tai rannalle. Yksikössä on ranta tuolit, sateenvarjo, ja muut rannalla menossa herkut! (Tuo oma aurinkovoidesi)!

Se on tarpeeksi edullinen, jotta yksi matkustaja pysyisi hyvin. Löydät kaiken mitä tarvitset on niin lähellä huoneistoa. Ostos-, ruokailu-, aktiviteetit jne. Tee itsellesi eduksi! Sinä olet sen velkaa itsellesi kokeilla Mauin Alohaa, taikuutta ja kauneutta erinomaisen hinnan takia! Sinulla ei ole väkijoukkoja (ja suuria kustannuksia), jotka jäävät yhteen paikallisista lomakohteista. Huoneisto sijaitsee aivan kadun päässä kauniilta Kam II -rannalta. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee ensimmäisessä rakennuksessa, joka on lähinnä rantaa tällä monimutkaisella alueella. Oikealla rannalla (Kam II) pääset kauniille Kam I: n ja Kam III: n rannoille. He kutsuvat heitä "rantapuistoihin", koska rannalla on pieni parkkipaikka (jossa on vessat), jossa voi grillata ja katsella auringonlaskuja.

Tulin Maulle ja rakastuin. Löysin tämän condo, ja sen piti saada sen vuokraamaan kohtuulliseen hintaan (jakaa Aloha) ja kun se on saatavilla, teen sen ystävien ja perheen käyttöön. Tätä saarta kutsutaan joskus nimellä "Magic Island". Kun tulet tänne, näet miksi! Toivotan sinut tervetulleeksi kotiini poispäin! Tule ja nauti hyvästä elämästä paratiisissa! VAROITUS! Cozy spot in a great location

Jamie’s condo is in a great location, walking distance to so many things and directly across from Kam II beach. There’s beach chairs, and umbrella to use, basic kitchen stuff to be able to cook or make snacks and a great lanai to enjoy them on! She’s very responsive if you have questions. The complex has a nice pool to enjoy for those windy afternoons when the sand at the beach is blasting you too!

Family Heaven

The location of this Condo is incredible. Walk 30 seconds to one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. A minute walk to a couple delicious restaurants. A couple minute walk to a market, gift shops, and more restaurants.Absolutely incredible. We stayed with our 10 month old, and our 3 year old. Kitchen had what we needed. There was an infant chair and a pack in play. The pull out couch was comfortable. This is the best location we have stayed in our many trips to Maui.

A great place to stay in Kihei. Restaurant and beach are in walking distance, technically it’s just across the street. The place is comfortable and has all we needed.

Great stay!

Well-equipped condo in a convenient location to restaurants, beaches and services. Appreciated the beach supplies! We did cook two nights and found the basics of what we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again if back in this part of Hawaii!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable bed!

Great communication with host. Was able to get in a bit early. Beach chairs and beach towels were available along with an umbrella!! Food and shops and scooter rental all next door and beautiful beach across the street! Highly recommend!

Perfect Rental

The rental was perfectley located, with a 2 minute walk to a wonderful white sand beach. Numerous restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance. The actual unit was very spacious & well maintained. We had all we needed in the unit & I would highly recomend this rental. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had.

Next to the beach!

I really enjoyed my time! The property is next to the beach, you can hear waves at night. Kitchen is fully equipped, ac works perfectly, beach gear is available. 24 mins drive from Costco and airport. 5 mins to the surfing spot. Highly recommended!

Condo across the street from the beach

This condo was across the street from the beach, where we watched many sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the condo provided everything we needed for a stay by the beach. It was a great location, within walking distance of a few restaurants as well. The condo itself was quite basic, and the decor was a little dated, but when in Maui how much time do you spend in your accommodation anyway? Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo!

Good value

This place is a good value for the price. The bed is comfortable and the space is great. The big drawback for me was the heat. The AC unit is not adequate to cool the space. Opening the windows works best but then hear other guests more. Had I been traveling with my wife this would have been a nightmare. As it was, I saved enough money staying here to get a great massage at the Four Seasons.

Amazing Location!

Location was incredible! Right next to anything you could want... shops and restaurants and right across the street from the beach. The condo unit is in the first building closest to the street but noise was never an issue. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there's a crosswalk right next to the entrance to the complex. No issues with checking in, parking or literally anything else. Jamie responded quickly to questions and there wasn't a big long list of chores to complete prior to leaving like some other rentals we've had. We were only asking to take out garbage and wash the dishes which we would've done anyways. I've already recommended this rental to friends and family and would 100% stay here again!

The condo was very old and needs updating The condo was dirty! The pullout couch mattress sunk in which made it very difficult to get out of it. The location of the condo was very good but it was not clean at all

Clean condo w/ all the extras

We stayed for five nights, just my husband and me. We got in late the first night and checking in wasn’t an issue (although the lock could use some WD-40). We got our parking pass the next morning. There’s a fan in the bedroom and living room and an AC unit. I thought the bed was very comfortable. I even loved the bath towels! We really appreciated how close the condo was to the beach. You can see the ocean from the lanai. We saw the most sea life snorkeling at the beach right across the street. We also enjoyed free BINGO night next door at Freddie’s. Included: 3 sets of beach towels, 3 backpack chairs, umbrella, boogie board, pool toys, cooler, spare bags, and more! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

My son missed his junior prom, senior prom, is going to not have a senior trip or graduation so we decided with the cheap flights to take a trip to Maui. The location of the condo was perfect. I would get up every morning, go to either McDonalds for a local breakfast-it's only 2 miles away (who knew that an 18 year old boy would fall in love with spam and taro pies??) or walk to the cinnamon roll store next door for some of the best homemade pastries that you can imagine. I would drop son's food back off at the condo and walk over to the beach to eat my breakfast. The view is amazing and the beach is not crowded. From "home base" everything was so close. We went whale watching and to Laihina or Paia or just hung out on the beach (a lot is still closed due to COVID) during the day and then back to the condo for some take out on the lanai for dinner. There are tons of restaurants close by that have wonderful food, so we would grab dinner and then head back and enjoy a nice dinner together. I can't imagine a more perfect location. The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Just show up with reef-safe sunscreen, trunks, and bikinis and you are good to go. I can't imagine this vacation going any better (unless there was no COVID, masks, and more things were open) but for relaxation and seeing this beautiful island this trip was spot on!! My son and I had a blast and I am hoping to go back as soon as this stupid pandemic is over. Both Drew and Jamie were very responsive and helpful with our concerns throughout the booking process since there were so many unknowns due to all the changes going on due to COVID. But we are so happy we booked this condo and we had a fabulous trip!! Thank you Drew for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay, we didn’t want to leave. Best thing of all was that you get sun on the lanai from about 745am till about 6pm, absolutely Lovely! Can see the beach from the lanai, walk to the mini mall on one side, Fred’s Mexican Restaurant on the other side. Most Excellent location and everything went smooth for checking in and out, hope we get to stay here again!😎☀️😎

Felt like home...

Communication in the app was quick and responsive. Great little condo, cozy feeling with all the extra little touches. Check-in was actually a little early, which was great since we came in on an early flight from the west coast. Location was amazing, my preferred area of Kihei, across the street from the beach. Would definitely book here again.

I'm 44 years old, and spent about a decade in Maui. I bought a house there, which I rent out on a permanent basis, and I have this condo that I rent out, and go to visit when it's available. I a 11 year old daughter who was, 'Maui Built'! We love the Island, and plan on retiring there in the future. When I arrived for the first time, I felt as though I finally found the right place for me. I've travelled the world, and lived in foreign countries, but came here, and decided that this is where I want to grow old. Maui is sometimes referred to the 'Magic Island', and I hope that you, too, find and see the magic and aloha that makes this island as special as it is. There is so much to do, from tanning and reading a good book on the beach, to snorkeling and seeing the beautiful fish and sea turtles. You can hike through the rain forest and see spectacular waterfalls and wild fruit growing all over the place. If you're daring enough, you can jump off the fresh water waterfalls for a great, safe, thrill. After ten years, I haven't seen everything the island has to offer. People have the ,'aloha spirit', and are more than happy to share the wonderful spots that are a 'must see' while here. You owe it to yourself to experience the magic at a wonderful price. The condo is professionally cleaned after every use, and is a nice place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. You'll see. I hope you come, and take some 'aloha' with you! It's a place you won't forget!
