Gulf views for days! Located in Miramar Beach, Ariel Dunes II 809 is an eighth-floor condo with stunning Gulf Coast views, cozy vacation accommodations, and access to quality amenities. With two bedrooms and two baths, this sunny condo can host up to eight guests.
As soon as you step through the door, you’ll notice the incredible views through a set of sliding glass doors at one end of the unit. The doors open onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, where you can dine al fresco or sip a cocktail while enjoying coastal breezes. From here, you can see Stewart Lake and the glistening waves of the gulf. Inside, the living area is cozy and full of beach charm. A sandy-colored couch and matching loveseat face a flatscreen TV mounted atop a rustic credenza. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. An armchair provides additional seating. A round drink table and blue rug complete the laidback look of this casual gathering area. Light wood floors extend into the dining room, where a white cottage-style table is surrounded by six chairs. The open kitchen is great for making beachy appetizers, mixing drinks, and serving home-cooked meals. It has honey-colored cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and veined countertops reminiscent of beach sand. The kitchen breakfast bar includes stool seating for three.
The primary bedroom is warm and bright, featuring a king-size bed, neutral furnishings, coastal wall art, a flatscreen TV, and access to the balcony. The connected ensuite bath has dual vanities, a glass-walled shower, and a separate tub. The cottage-style guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, sunny window, TV, and access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. There is also a bonus sleeping nook with a twin bunk.
When staying at Ariel Dunes II, guests will enjoy access to top-notch amenities. The condo complex has not one but two sparkling swimming pools at the tower base. The pools are surrounded by a sun-soaked patio with plenty of lounge chairs. An onsite fitness center with cardio and weight machines overlooks the pool area. Other amenities include a tennis court and BBQ grills. And, of course, the beach is less than a five-minute walk from the property. Guests also receive another perk of discounted rates on golf and recreation rentals at Seascape Resort.
