Plan your visit during any season of the year and you'll find Sugar Mountain Getaway the perfect getaway spot! Located at the base of Sugar Mountain Ski Resort on Easy Street, a green slope, this ski-in/ski-out condo is newly and fully renovated from floor to ceiling. During winter months, you can enjoy watching skiers ski down Easy Street from the comfort of inside the home or watch from the porch complete with porch swing and bar top table.
If you are a skier yourself, suit up, tuck your skis under your arm, take a few steps down to the slopes, lock in and go.
The fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances allow home cooked meals during your stay. The quartz kitchen island seats 6. Warm up by the gas fireplace logs and stream your favorite TV show on the 55" flat screen TV. Both bedrooms feature a 48" flat screen smart TV. The owners room has a king bed with en-suite double vanity and oversized walk in shower. The guest bath also features a large walk in shower and the tankless water heater will supply a hot shower for all to enjoy!
During warmer months, a short 3 minute drive will land you at Sugar Mountain Golf Club only half a mile away where you can golf or play tennis and enjoy a meal at their restaurant. One of few on the mountain this unit has central air for those hotter summer days.
A full sized stackable Maytag washer and dryer will handle all your clean clothes need.
When you arrive, you will find starter basic necessities. For nights in, enjoy board games or card games.

• Access: There is a lockbox at the property with a numeric code.

• Access: There is one flight of stairs to enter the property.

• Age: All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

• Weather: No refunds will be provided for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure coverage in such situations.

• Pets: Pet-friendly space! One dog is welcome, but please ensure they are under 49 lbs., free of fleas, and over one year of age. To maintain a peaceful environment in compliance with noise ordinances, we kindly request that your furry friend is not excessively vocal or prone to frequent barking. Thank you for your understanding! In the event of a noise-related complaint, we may need to discuss alternative lodging arrangements at your own expense. Additionally, we kindly ask you to bring a crate for your dog if you need to leave them alone in the condo. If fleas, urine, fever or excessive dog hair are found there will be a $500 fine. Thank you!

• No Unregistered Guest(s): Fine: $150/night per unregistered guest

• Late checkout: $150/ hour

• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.


REMINDER:

• NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. We charge $1000 fine.

• For safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we have a strict maximum capacity of 6 guests, including all adults, children, and infants. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate any additional guests beyond this limit.

• While we inspect all amenities before every check-in, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. In the event something isn't working correctly, we will make every effort for maintenance to remedy.

• Please note that we do not provide rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. To safeguard your funds in case of unforeseen cancellations, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance is affordable and offers excellent protection. We understand that last-minute cancellations without travel insurance can be challenging, but we are obligated to uphold our owners' cancellation policies to support their primary sources of income and sustain their properties. We kindly request responsible booking and greatly appreciate your understanding.
