Lake Haven Sleeps 6, AC, View of Lake Huron!

The Lake Haven Cottage sits back a little from the road which gives you privacy & a feeling of being up north. There is AC for those hot nights & a furnace for those chilly evenings. Sit outside & have a BBQ on the patio. This cottage is located in a friendly neighborhood just 3.5 miles south of downtown Lexington. If you walk past 3 houses, you are at Lake Huron and close to the beach! This cottage has everything you need including books and games!

Most houses in the neighborhood are cottages which mean that it's usually fairly quiet during the week. Weekends are a little more busier.

The driveway can park up to 4 cars. We also have a taxi service so there's no drinking and driving : )

Sheets and towels are provided as well as mattress covers and quilts. We do not provide beach chairs so you might want to pack them.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent the Lake Haven Cottage

- No fireworks at the cottage or on the beach
Smoking is allowed outside as long as you are away from the doors and screens. All butts must be picked up and put in the trash.
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM-$200 fine
No smoking inside the house
Only 1 dog is allowed with PRIOR permission. $50.00 additional cost. Dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks

No tents or campers are allowed
No loud parties or large gatherings

When you check out, we ask that you remove the used sheets and pillowcases as well as the towels and put them on the laundry room floor. Do not put the quilts or shams in this pile. Thank you!

Please lock the door when you leave.

Please put the trash can at the road on Sunday. Make sure all trash is in a trash bag. Do not set any bags outside of the trash can. Thank you!
