Featuring an amazing game room with a pool table, arcade games, and board games, a fire pit, a wet bar, a hot tub, and a bamboo style Tiki Bar and two kayaks down at the private dock! The dock has a 12x32 slip, 14x24 slip and a personal watercraft dry dock. Situated perfectly in a protected cove at the 22-mile marker just off KK, just minutes from Redheads, Margaritaville, and much more!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, a large farmhouse style table, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. The kitchen features beautiful views of the lake!

Living Room
The living room features beautiful A-Frame architecture, a large sectional, chair, flat screen TV, and doors that open to the upper-deck.

The lower level game room also has a separate living area with a sectional and flat screen TV.

Master Suite
The master suite is the only bedroom on the main level, and features a king sized bed, nightstands, TV, and dresser. This room has a private attached bathroom with single vanity sink, and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom is located upstairs and has two queen sized beds, a large walk-in closet and a dresser.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is located upstairs and features a king sized bed, a twin over full bunk bed, dresser, nightstands, and large walk in closet. This room also features views of the lake.

Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and features a queen-sized bed, two twin-sized beds, closet and nightstands.

Bedroom 5
The 5th bedroom is located on the lowest level and features a king sized bed, a full sized bed, TV, and dresser.

Bathrooms
This home has 4 full bathrooms and a half bath on the main level next to the kitchen. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, one full bathroom downstairs, and a full bathroom in the master suite.

Outside
Outside the home on the upper balcony there is a gas BBQ grill and a large patio table. On the lower patio there is a hot tub and another patio table. There is also a firepit with 5 chairs. (Bring your own wood).

Dock
Enjoy your days playing in the water without the worry of heavy main channel boat traffic. Enjoy use of 2 kayaks (bring life jackets), and a tiki bar featuring bamboo walls, full refrigerator, neon lights and barstools! There are also two boat slips available for use. The dock has a 12x32 slip, 14x24 slip and a personal watercraft dry dock.

This home is perfectly situated in the highly desirable area of Osage Beach, just off of highway KK. This home is just minutes by land to Margaritaville, Redheads, High Tide, Ozark Distillery, and centrally located to SO much more by land or water. Also just minutes from Big Surf Waterpark, Osage Beach Outlets, Miner Mikes, go kart racing and lots of other family fun activities.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
