đ§ Construction Notice â Bristol Building đ§
Starting September 15, 2025, the Bristol Building will begin work to replace the Beauty Band on select exterior floors.
Work will begin on the southwest side (Stacks 8, 9, and 10).
There may be limited access to the Bristol pool at certain times, though impacts should be minimal to your stay.
Once Stacks 8â10 are complete, the project will move to Stacks 5, 6, and 7, followed by Stacks 1â4.
Dates for these later phases have not yet been confirmed, but updates will be posted as soon as available.
We appreciate your patience while these improvements are made.

đ You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
đ Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
đ§ș Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
đ§Ž The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
đč One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
đč Bar of soap per bathroom
đč One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
đč One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
đč Make-up removers per bathroom
đč Single sized dish liquid
đč Single sized dish washing detergent pack
đč Single use laundry washing detergent
đč Two large trash bags
đč Small trash bag for each bathroom
đč Roll of Paper towels
â We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
đ§ł We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
đ¶ PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
𩼠Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
đč According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
đč "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
