Located under two miles west of the Navarre Beach bridge, this condo is the tallest building on this side of the beach!

Being a short drive down the beach ensures that the beach is not crowded while it still has umbrella and chair service available if you wish to purchase separately.

Beautiful, small, cozy, (800 sq. ft.) condo for family vacation that comes very well equipped.

Amazing views from 7th floor especially for those who wish to enjoy the sunrise with their coffee from their balcony in the mornings.

Many activities around - turtle museum- jet ski rentals - dolphin tours

The Navarre Beach Fishing Pier is a record-holding fishing pier in Navarre, Florida. At 1,545 feet long, the pier is the longest of its kind in the state. It is the 15th longest public pier of any kind in the United States.

Juana's Pagodas and Andy D's local restaurants provide food and entertainment - live music, volleyball, as well as hosting events for holidays and special occasions.

Beach chairs and umbrella are provided in the condo if you want to set them up yourself.

Pleasant place to stay

Loved the views from the condo. Great balcony furniture!We had extra teens show up and were delighted to discover the sofa bed. Management approval was great.

This condo is the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony to view the gulf. The ease of access to the beach was a major plus, it’s a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked. My favorite part was having coffee readily available because I love having coffee in the mornings.

Beautiful condo with lots of perfect views of the beach from the living room. I really like the easy access to the beach and pool. Very clean with plenty of towels and bed linens. Bed is on the soft side yet comfortable.

Just Beautiful

One of the most enjoyable stays that i can remember. Pat 👍 you are the bomb ! The check in process was flawless and easy. The condo was adorable, and our beach front view was beautiful. I cant say enough positive things about this condo nor Navarre as far as that goes. You want a laid back uncrowed beach, then look no further than this place. Were already back to planning for next year maybe the exact same place.. !

Sundream Unit

The owner of this unit has gone all out to stock this unit with everything you need for your stay. There are extra towels, beach items, laundry items, night lights, and extra security locks on doors. Everything worked properly even the TV remotes. Was very pleased with this unit and looking forward to reserving again.

Best view ever! Perfect!

We absolutely loved this condo! Everything was perfect. They truly did think of everything. Everything was so well equipped. Anytime that I wondered if there was something that I needed, I found it.The view was the best out of any condo we've ever stayed. The corner location gave a panoramic view. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. Communication was also great which is important. I really couldn't have asked for anything else. A+++ owners. I really hope we get to stay again soon.

Amazing place!!

I could rave about this place all day!! My fiancé and I stayed here 5 nights and as soon as we walked in, we absolutely loved it!! We have stayed in Navarre Beach many times in the past, but this was a super nice condo. This place is equipped with everything you need. Was nice to see a choice of coffee pots (regular and Keurig). The bed was comfortable!! Nice patio furniture to relax in! We sat outside and ate a few meals and had coffee in the mornings. Great view of the Gulf, especially being in the 7th floor. If there was a negative, I would have to say that it was requested we not lower the A/C below 72 degrees to avoid possible freeze up. I am sure that is probably at the request of the building managers, but we love it cold when we sleep, so that was a little inconvenient, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to help keep it cool. Everything was operational and worked like a champ! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!! We will be back here again!! Give it a shot, you won’t be disappointed!!

By far the best condo we have had at the beach. Perfect size for my husband and self. Comfortable furniture, well furnished kitchen, loved the chairs on the balcony. The East facing window let morning sun in, without having the afternoon heat warm the room. Its everything the owners describe in the rental description.

Little piece of heaven

Stay was wonderful! Condo was cozy, 7 floor was perfect! View was amazing as was the beach. Beach was never crowded could always find a spot up front even when we didnt go out till 11am! Great memorues were made!

Nice condo with east and front facing windows

The condo is well-decorated, nice views, comfortable beds and deck furniture. It's smaller than where we usually stay, but it was fine for the four of us. Our extended family rented the house next door to us, so we were able to see them from our east-facing windows in the living room. The weather was perfect and the water clear and calm all week. We spotted many dolphins from the 7th floor. I would return to this condo.

Navarre has been 'The Best Kept Secret' and is now "Florida's Most Relaxing Place". While it has the seclusion to relax, it also is not a far drive for those who like shopping and entertainment as well.
