The Neighborhood:
Milwaukee is the largest city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin and the fifth-largest city in the Midwestern United States. The seat of Milwaukee County, the city is located on Lake Michigan's southwestern shore and was incorporated in 1846.

Today, Milwaukee is one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse cities in the United States. Its history was heavily influenced by German immigrants in the 19th century and it became well known for its brewing industry. Major new additions to the city in the past two decades include the Milwaukee Riverwalk, the Wisconsin Center, American Family Field, The Hop (streetcar system), an expansion to the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, the Bradley Symphony Center, and Discovery World, as well as major renovations to the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena. We have free street parking in front of the home. Please pay attention to the signage. Rideshares are plentiful in the area!

2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
4. Are you bringing any pets?
Please make sure to select bringing a pet as there is a $150 charge (MAX 2)
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.

We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
