Welcome to the beautiful community of Tuscany!

If you love jaw dropping mountain views this is the home for you! From inside the home to out on the patio you can enjoy the rocky mountain views almost every day of the year.

Main Level:
- Living room
- Kitchen (brand new appliances)
- Island seating
- Dining area
- Access to the upper patio, complete with dining area and BBQ
- Half bathroom
- Laundry room (this is where we have stored two floormattress/cots for guest use)

Top Level:
- Three bedroom (king, queen and two twin XL)
- Full bathroom one (en-suite bathroom with soaker tub and walk-in shower)
- Full bathroom two (shower/tub combo)
- Living room two; comfortable sitting area, work area(s), fitness equipment

Guests also have access to the front and back yards (note that they may be shared on occasion, throughout your stay).

This upscale Northwest neighborhood boasts scenic mountain views, a 170-acre natural ravine system, and a first-class private community centre. Tuscany is a family-oriented community with many amenities for both young and old.
Guests will enjoy having quick access to WinSport, Canada Olympic Park as well as major roadways, giving you a direct route to the mountains, making this the perfect spot for those looking for adventure while still being in the city.
Guests have access to the following:
- Top two levels of the home
- Upper patio with BBQ and dining area
- Street parking
- Front and back yards (aside from the covered portion under the patio in the back). Note that the yards may be shared during your stay.

Guests do not have access to:
- The garage
- The Driveway
- The basement
- The covered portion under the patio out back
- The front and back yards may be shared during your stay
Please note that the basement is sometimes occupied by a tenant. They have their own access and will not share any entry ways or amenities with guests.
All the small things have been thought of for our guests. From a fully packed kitchen with breadmaker, air fryer and more. Each bedroom has a separate fan and heater, in addition to having central heat and central AC. From games, to 5 different types of hangers, you're sure to find what you need to have a wonderful time as our guests.

Please note that guests are not welcome to park on the driveway. Please utilize street parking to allow for the home owners to have access to the garage. Thank you so much.
Calgary Transit Bus Lines 74 and 174 are within walking distance and take you to Tuscany Terminal and the C-Train station.

You can also utilize Uber, cab or your own car. We recommend having your own vehicle so that you can get out to the mountains easily.
