Lose the wintertime blues with a quiet holiday at this cozy Nahant cottage. This inviting escape is situated just a few minutes walk from Tudor Beach and just a short drive from Boston attractions. The home is also located within a mile of popular wedding venues, Nahant Country Club and Oceanview at Nahant. The perfect choice for a family getaway, the home comes fully furnished inside and out for comfort and entertainment. The large yard area comes complete for outdoor living, with features including a fenced-in section, a furnished patio, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after trips to the beach.

The updated full kitchen comes well-equipped with all the major appliances, plus handy counter gadgets like a large food processor, a blender, and chef's-grade knives and cookware for culinary inspiration. An array of comfortable seating sets the scene for casual downtime in the living area. Radiant floor heating is available in the living room. Forced air is equipped throughout the rest of the home for seasonal comfort. Additional home essentials include free WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Decent place. For our stay not 'worth it'.
It was unfortunate as we booked at one price yet after fees and taxes it was literally double. The house itself is nice and clean and Nahant is quaint but when you pay as much as we did, one might expect more. During our stay it was in the 30's at night and the thermostat auto reduced to a lower number overnight. My mom woke up freezing and had to put on a coat. I asked for assistance and was met with pleasantries but no aid. I had to sync the thermostats to my phone and turn off any scheduling / eco mode. Other folks wouldn't have been able to do this and would have been in deeper trouble with the freezing nights. The kitchen sink had a broken faucet. It shot hot water across the room and hit my daughter in the face and brought her to tears. Apparently that issue has been known for over a month. Also my kid wouldn't sleep on the top of the bunk bed because it's not stable. It wasn’t put together correctly and has been reported before. I’ve been told someone will be in touch with me and they haven’t yet. After the visit, I reviewed my invoice and couldn't believe how much I paid. When asked about the extra fees they said it was VRBO but that wasn't true and it felt misleading. $162 was VRBO fees and $376 was host fees. In hindsight it felt a bit slimy and impersonal with the fact that significant issues have been reported before. I may not look at a Vacasa property again. With all the fees we would have been better off with 2 hotel rooms.
