KC Escape (Beachview 204) is approximately 300 steps from the gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Located within walking distance to the Longest Fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico, restaurants and bars. Enjoy a daily walk or rent a bike for the multi-use path that runs the length of the Island. You can also rent kayaks to enjoy the gulf. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen. Two recliner sofas to relax on after a day at the beach, pool or on the tennis court.

Perfect for our family vacay

We loved our stay. Super convenient to the other family members staying in beachview- the host was wonderful / great communication and clear instructions. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

We loved this property! It’s just a short walk to the beach which was perfect for my husband and I. The owner also provided chairs, an umbrella, body boards, and sand toys so our time on the beach was well spent! We plan to book again in the future!

Very Nice Beach

We had a great time. The property provided beach chairs, umbrella and misc beach toys which made the trip more enjoyable. The condo was clean and the perfect size for this trip.

Perfect Place!

Thank you for having such a clean property that accommodates our parents for my sons wedding! Every party of the reservation from booking, down to arriving and departing was communicated well!! They loved that they were close to us, the reception dinner at Beach House Social and close to the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We may end up staying there next year when we come because we loved the idea of a closet for beach items - genius! Thank you again for being the perfect place for our family to stay during a wedding!!

Great condo

Nice, cute condo! Looks exactly like the pictures. Very close to the beach. Instructions for checking in and out were very easy to follow. Property owner contacted us to make sure we got checked in ok and let us know to call or text if we needed anything.

Navarre Relaxation

Matt was easy to work with. He was quick at responding back when we needed to communicate. TV issue that he had someone look at and resolve promptly. Property was very comfortable. Friends joined us for a few days and lay out gave us privacy. Would definitely book with Matt and Cindy again.

Quiet Location Close to Beach

We had a great stay at the Beachview condo! Everything was as listed. Not a beach-facing property, but it was only a short walk down to the water. Very close to the Navarre Sea Turtle Conservation Lab, which was fun to visit with our kids. It wasn't a long drive to get to Pensacola or Gulf Islands National Seashore. We had a blast! My only note is to be sure to bring all your own amenities. This was listed, but we didn't think of things like hand soap. Thankfully, Walmart was a short drive so we were able to grab everything we needed.

Easy beach trip

Loved the location and access to the beach was great. The property was nice and clean. The pool was great. The only complaint I had was I wish the floors were a little more cleaner. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Great Condo

We have stayed in Beach View Condos for years! Steps from the great beaches and a large pool! The condo this year was the best yet. Nicely decorated and very clean. We love Navarre!

Stress-free relaxing vacation

Beautiful condo, great owner but okay building.

Let me first by saying our communication with Matt was wonderful. He was quick to respond to questions and concerns. The condo was beautiful, wonderfully decorating and has more than we could ever want or need for kitchen gadgets, sheets, pillows, etc. I think it be a great place to stay for older kids and adults. Unfortunately given it’s an older condo, there must not be much insulation between the upstairs and downstairs because the lady beneath complained about my kids being kids even though my husband and I did our best to keep them quiet. My twins are 4. The woman underneath this unit is crazy! We suspect she vandalized my husband’s car causing a great deal if damage. Unfortunately though a police report was filed, no video was found to confirm her actions. Matt was very understanding and was willing to accommodate our considerations of leaving. However, my kids were crushed at the idea of leaving early. Let me emphasize again, after 9 years of vacationing in Navarre, this is one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in and the owner is WONDERFUL! Just be aware if you have small children about their loud footsteps toward the crazy lady underneath.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, fully stocked and nicely decorated. It was a short easy walk to the beach. About a 15 minute walk to the pier which is nice as well. Also appreciated the assigned parking. We would stay here again.

Navarre Beach Stay

This property was nice and within a close proximity to the beach. There’s a pool and tennis court on the property which was night and we appreciated the small closet that had all the beach items you could need.

This property is easily accessible from the main road and is on the beach side with a short 2-minute walk to the beach. The property is part of a small condo complex with only 2 stories accessed by stairs, so there is no waiting on the elevator. It has a spacious living room and bedrooms. it has a good-sized kitchen with a new dishwasher and the utility room has a new washer and dryer.
