The Space:
This completely renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 full bathroom, 1000 s.f. 5-star condo, situated directly on South Beach has an incredible balcony and breathtaking views overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The beach is steps away and our neighbors to the immediate south include the W and Setai.

Guest Access:
All registered guests will have full access to the property including the new Beach Club, 9 restaurants and bars, 3 pools, hot tub, beach access, complementary chairs and towels at the pools. At the beach, there is a discounted rate for chair rentals, towels are complementary.

For rentals of 30 days or more, the building requires an application to be completed with their 3rd party provider Tenant Evaluation. This online application is simple and straightforward and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. The company states that it can take up to 2 weeks for them to process the application and there is a fee of $100. Express processing is available for an additional $45. This application must be completed and approved by the office prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
A few blocks from the famous Delano, and Ocean Drive, you get all the same luxury. The Roney is close walking distance to shopping, dining, Lincoln Road (outdoor mall with hundreds of shops and restaurants) and all the hot new clubs.

Imagine basking in the sun on world famous South Beach complete with chairs and umbrellas, three oceanfront pools, jacuzzi and a 2 pool bars for your enjoyment. The pools include complementary towel and umbrella service and center pool has food and beverage service.

Other Things to Note:
The Lobby is currently closed for renovations. During the lobby renovation, all access to the elevators will be via the pool deck, or the beautiful 1hotel lobby. The valet circle renovation may also be started in which case car pick up and drop off will also be relocated to the 1hotel entrance on Collins.

Also, the south pool is closed for renovations. There are 2 other pools, hot tub, 7 restaurants and bars, and 450 ft of oceanfront with elevated pool decks offering spectacular ocean views that you will have full access to and access to the beach will not be impeded. While I am sorry to have to share this news with you, our property is still the best in South Beach with so much to offer even with only two pools instead of three.
