Villa Serena 1701 is an Auberge Resort managed, low-density luxury ground floor condominium offering 2 Master Bedrooms with ocean views. Villa Serena 1701 delivers 2,400 sqft of indoor/outdoor living space and is centrally located within the Esperanza Resort community. Walk-out to your private plunge-pool, covered lanai w/luxury seating. Villa Serena also offers a unique, walk-out plush grass area with lounge chairs and umbrella, a perfect setting to take a nap, get some sun, read a book.
All Esperanza amenities and services are available to you and your guests including the World Class Spa, four on-property restaurants, tennis and pickle-ball courts. Of course daily house-keeping and butler service is included.
On your first day of arrival, your butler will have fresh chips, guacamole, salsa, and margaritas prepared for you and your guests. Dianne and David are from Northern Virginia. Dianne has a masters degree in Health Science - Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee and completed her undergraduate work and Cal State Northridge where she competed in the 10,000 for the track & field program. Dianne manages our short-term rental business and enjoys her daily runs, working out, and visiting the grandkids.
David received his business degree from Cal State Northridge where he also competed for the track & field program. David competed in the high-jump and javelin throw and was a two-time All-American. David continued his track & field career, coaching for the University of Tennessee track & field program and competing for multiple USA teams. David was a member of the 1988 & 1996 Olympic Teams, 1990 World Championships Team, and the 1990 Goodwill Games Team. David's business career has been focused on manufacturers of unique information technologies that protect people, critical systems, and infrastructure from adversaries. David is the Vice President of Public Sector & Strategic Accounts for BYOS USA, Inc.
