Welcome to Treasure Den! Two bedroom, one and a half bath, two story condo that's located on the canal with beautiful water views! You'll love the cozy feel of the interior and the beautiful scenery the exterior has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation and has a lovely dining table for the family. The living area offers comfy furniture to relax and a great space to make new memories. Making your way upstairs to the bedrooms, the master offers a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. This small, but friendly complex has it all! Offering a great dock to fish from that have first come, first serve boat slips and picnic tables to enjoy lunch while gazing over the canal. The pool and hot tub are only steps away and great for having fun with the family and relaxing! Only a short walk to beach access or load up the car with the family and drive for miles on our sandy beaches. You're in a great location to enjoy everything the Island has to offer!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRCITIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
