The Space:
1. Two queens bedroom is a loft style. Enclosed by walls but the walls do not go to the ceiling
2. The Second Bedroom has 1 Queen and the walls do not go to the ceiling.
3. The loft is accessible via ladder through the second bedroom. The loft has two twins and only a four foot clearance overlooking the second bedroom and can see into the double queen room. There are no railings on the loft.
Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking.
