The property owners of this villa have pet allergies but know many guests want to travel with their four legged family members. With that, they will accept one small dog (under 20 pounds) of a hypoallergenic or non-shedding breed. Please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of the beautiful nature and wildlife in Sea Pines, free high speed WIFI, a free fitness center pass to Breakthrough Fitness, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
