The Space
This cozy and quiet neighborhood awaits your stay. Don't worry about a thing and just bring yourselves & relax. The home is family friendly, there are some games for entertaining and a large backyard and patio for BBQing.

The home has an open floor plan to the living & dining areas. The main living area has a smart TV. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies while relaxing in the cozy seating space, great for playing board and card games that are located in the cabinet to the right to the fireplace. The main living area merges right into the kitchen with a table and chairs for sitting and eating convenience and comfort.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, seating for up to eight guests, allowing plenty of space to entertain family and friends. You can expect a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher detergent pods.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and a twin bed with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, closet and lamp & an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, drawer & vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.

The second bedroom also features a king bedroom with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, night stand, and closet. It has a window, you can open the curtains in the room to get natural light outside.

The third bedroom also features a king bedroom with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, night stand, and closet; it has two windows. You can open the curtains and blinds in the room to get natural light outside or fresh air.

The fourth bedroom also features a king bedroom with a memory foam mattress with fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, a lamp, and dresser; it has a window. You can open the curtains and blinds in the room to get natural light outside.

The second bathroom has a shower & jetted bathtub (instructions for jetted bathtub can be found in the house book or online using QR code), cabinet vanity mirror. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and make-up wipes.

There is a laundry room located by the kitchen; there is a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets located on the washing machine.

Unwind on the screened-in porch or the outdoor patio with seating, BBQ grill, fire pit & open backyard for kids to play. There is a seated swing for relaxing. There is also a park nearby where you can walk while enjoying the peaceful view.



Guest access
We have a smart lock door and an email will be sent with door code instructions the day of check in. You will have access to the entire home, with exception of the owner suite on the right side of the house. For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street around the house.

Other Things to Note
Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.
• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.
• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
