Large lakefront pool and if it rains you have a beautiful heated indoor pool as well as a large lakefront pool. Rain or Sun you can enjoy being here at the lake in this beautiful condo.

NICE open concept condo!! Lake of the Ozarks Towers 3 bedroom! Free WIFI. Fantastic View overlooking the lake. Condo 4109 Towers is a three bedroom, two bath on the 4th floor, parking lot level so no steps to go to condo and there is an elevator to go to the pool area and dock area on ground floor. in the Towers. It has an open concept and contemporary feel. The kitchen counter is large with seating around the kitchen counter bar and has a dining table, making it great for family gatherings. Kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your needs. This condo includes a screened deck, with dining and lounging furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink as the sun sets. The deck has a magnificent view of the lake and the state park area. Also has a gas grill for those hamburgers and steaks. Master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Second bedroom has a queen with entry access to the bathroom and third bedroom has queen. Living room includes a large flat screen smart TV. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the condo as well. A heated Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, large lakefront outdoor pool and work out center are in the same building on the ground floor and there are two sets of elevators. 30 and 40ft boat slips available for rent as well.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 6105 at the Towers has many extras which include a fantastic view from the 6th floor location and very nice furnishings and extras!

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties and both have maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of the complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
