Enjoy this exclusive condo with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a furnished kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV; a Pack N Play is provided for our little guests. Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. Enjoy amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, Youtube TV, & dining room. Enjoy our patio with 2 BBQ's. Private access to your condo & no public hallways ensures your safety. Permit #A-STRP-23-0424

The Space:
Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The living room boasts a queen sofa bed, though note pull-out couches are most comfortable for younger children. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

Safety is paramount in the quiet neighborhood, and outdoor relaxation awaits on the shared patio with 2 BBQs. Situated in a fourplex, your unit on the upper level (11 steps) with easy access. Other Details to Note:
Experience comfort with two portable air conditioners— one in the living room and another in the master bedroom. Nestled at 7,500 ft high in dry Colorado Springs, humidity concerns fade away. Our suggestion: stay hydrated, as the altitude at 7,500 ft can be eased with plenty of water.

Comfy and clean
It was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! Honestly I was so pleased. It was very clean, nice area and super close to where I needed to be for work. I will definitely stay with this group again when I come back for work.

Clean and comfortable
The apartment was very pleasant and well set up. It's a great location for us as our son is a mile away. The owners were very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. Thanks to them, we'll be back.

Everything You Need
Property is in a great location. The property owners are amazing and make you feel very welcome. The condo was pretty clean other than it looks like cabinets, walls and other surfaces need a good wipe down. I would definitely stay there agiain.
