Beautiful 4 bedroom-sleeps 9 Close to Mountains,Lakes -5 mi to Sunapee w/view

House on the Hill has been completely restored. Located in Newbury, NH on 37 acres and EVERYTHING IS NEW! Sits atop a hill with picturesque mountain views. 4 bedrooms (6 beds) all on the second floor (2 with TV's). Master bedroom hosts a queen size bed (sleeps 2), TV, its own bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom (sleeps 2-3) has a full size bed with a twin bunk over it (bunk rated for child). Third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and views of the mountains and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin (sleeps 2-3) also with a TV and views of the mountains. There are two large living rooms on the first floor-w/smart TV's- there is ample room to spread out. Living room #1 has a full size couch, loveseat and a chair. Living room #2 has a full size couch, 2 chairs, a bench and a slider out to the patio. The kitchen has 2 bars and a large farmhouse table, granite counter tops and all new appliances. There are 3 full bathrooms, 1 on the first floor and 2 upstairs. Outside there is a fire pit, patio and another seating area so you can sit and relax, play some lawn games-corn hole provided or just take in the gorgeous views. Close to Mt Sunapee/Lake Sunapee, adventure park, beach-10 mins, Golf, Sutton, New London and Henniker-15-20 mins. Concord and Hanover-45 mins. Hiking right out your door! Property is close to the Greenway trial, Andrew Brook, Lucas Lookout among many others. Many restaurants within 5-10 minute drive. If you enjoy a large yard, views and a country setting but not too far from restaurants and things to do, this is your place!

My name is April and in my free time I like to renovate old homes and bring them back to life. I completely renovated House on the Hill to a NEW state! I am working on another property right now in the same town. In additional to renovating old homes , I also like to ski, hike, run, bike, ocean trips and go camping with my family and friends. This photo is when my son and I hiked up to Tuckerman's Ravine 2023- Mt Washington! Amazing day, amazing views.

House on the Hill is a 1850's post and beam farm house that has so much history. It was once a farm and there are some photos of its original state on the walls. My husband and I brought it back to life and the property boasts spectacular views of Rowe Mountain, Little Haystack and Lucas Lookout all accessible for hiking or exploring. This property has 4 bedrooms all on the second floor and during the hot months, AC's are installed in the bedrooms. Every part of the house has been restored! The yard is large and there is a patio, another seating area and a fire pit to enjoy the outside. Star gaze as the sky is big and there are only a few neighbors down the road. Property is quiet and private. Ample parking for 6+ cars.

House on the Hill is a large beautiful property that can accommodate a small group or a large group! Sleeps 9! It is close to hiking trails, Mount Sunapee for skiing or the adventure park for mini golf, zip-lining or airbag/ ropes course. Lake Sunapee for boating-rental available at Bob's Beacon Marina-,swimming or just sun bathing. Sunapee State Beach is just 10 minutes from the house. There are a number of golf courses- Country Club of New Hampshire is a public 18 hole course and pretty reasonable. One of my favorite courses due to difficulty level and amazing views! Duston Country Club-Henniker/Hopkinton line- just 25 minutes away. Public 9 hole course. If hiking is your thing- Lake Solitude, Greenway, Mt Sunapee (via Andrew Brook) is literally a 2 minute drive to trail head. Mt Kearsarge is about a 20 minute drive- amazing hike, amazing views..many more! Can access from Warner- easy hike about 1 mile, or from Sutton a 5 mile hike and more difficult. Both ways bring you to the top.
