NEWLY BUILT 3-bedroom home in a quiet and 24/7 gated community. Features full kitchen, AC and ceiling fans, TVs with YouTube TV, premium mattresses, 3 parking spaces.

***This house is new to our inventory. Reviews are coming soon. Please rest assured this house is fabulous!

· Master bedroom has new King bed.

Guest bedrooms Queen bed and x Bunk bed (2 Fulls).

· AC in every room.

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 1 standard-sized cars in the garage and 2 parking spaces on the driveway. NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· Community clubhouse with swimming pool will be ready late Summer 2023.

· Please be aware of the ongoing construction in this community during workdays.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Excellent stay with awesome backyard

This place was great! Loved waking up to the mountains, trees and PEACOCKS in the backyard. The bird noise never bothered us; we were totally entertained!Easy to navigate to - but follow the directions. Our gps did lead us wrong just as the host had warned. Used as a home base for all our adventures - close to a beach - was even stocked with beach gear and cooler! Traffic to honolulu wasnt great - but if you want to get out of the city and stay out this was great. Dolphins are on that side if you keep going north on farrington highway!

Great home away from the big city

The home was exceptionally well-equipped with all the day-to-day necessities, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. From a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and modern amenities, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The property was also impressively clean, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The only minor issue was the presence of a significant number of flies, which was a bit of a nuisance but didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Honolulu.

Perfect Vacation Rental

The house was better than expected. Waianae gives us hesitation but this gated neighborhood and private golf course was secured and beautiful. The gate staff was very pleasant and the house had everything we needed including beach use equipment (chairs and cooler). We’ll definitely be renting here going forward.

The house is very clean and nice. It's in a safe gated community, which is good because the west side of Ohau is in the rough area of the island. Traffic from the house to Honolulu is very busy, allow plenty of time.

The neighbourhood was safe past the guardhouse. The area along the west coast is not great. But we preferred to havea lovely, spacious house and drive to activities than be right next to the activities but stuck in a tiny hotel room.

Home away from home

The home was perfect for our stay, and we can't wait to go back! It was absolutely spotless and it passed my cleaning checklist with flying colors. Everything down to the shutters and baseboards were wiped down and clean. The beds were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were hotel quality. The location is unreal, and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer/dryer were a HUGE help with the littles. There are beach chairs, a cooler, and wagon on site which also helped with going to the beach. The property management company was friendly, professional, and excellent at communicating. We did not have any issues whatsoever. It was secure, quiet, and beautiful. We already miss having our morning coffee and the mountain views.

Gorgeous Views in a Peaceful Neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dreamy views! We ate breakfast every morning on the patio to soak in the gorgeous landscape. The house was comfortable for our family of 7. My children were thrilled to find a multi-game table (pool, ping pong, etc) in the garage. There was also a variety of beach equipment to borrow if needed- boogie boards, chairs, a cooler... On our last day we came back sandy and found the exterior side entrance to the garage with a hose to rinse off. This was handy. The host was responsive with any questions that we had.The property's neighborhood was wonderful. The Makaha Beach was our favorite! However, we may consider staying in a different area if we visit again to shorten our drive a bit. This location adds about 25 minutes to most places we visited... however, it was so peaceful to come home to.

Nice Home; Somewhat Inconvenient

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is 1-2 hours from main attractions & night life (Waikiki, Honolulu, North Shore); Hawaii's largest homeless encampment has overtaken town beach, local grocery marts and some restaurants but for greater dining diversity, Honolulu is 1 hour drive. Secluded & quiet. Carpet needs cleaning, garbage disposal smells, linen needs bleaching/sanitizing (too many stains), beautiful sofa and large TV. Laundry unit awesome, garage remote would've been nice, water sports equip. was nice. Recommended for quiet place but not recommended if you want to be in midst of action.

A lovely home...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house itself was very nice. The location was beautiful. There are some little things that we didn't like that have nothing to do with the house/ rental company. Whoever wired the ceiling fans/ lights did so in a way that does not allow the fan to be run without the lights being on. The lights installed in the ceiling, three ham itself, and the ceiling fan light all turn on together. Turn the switch of and EVERYTHING turns off. Not much of a problem, but I usually sleep with the fan on so that the AC doesn't have to be on all night. That was not possible in this house, in any room. The peacocks made it sound like there were cats right outside the window every morning. The roosters made their presence known from 0400-2200 daily. And there were no garage door openers available at all. Minor inconveniences for sure. These things did not detract from my stay. The weather system that made it unseasonably rainy did, but that's not the fault of the property.

Graduation

We chose this location due to the convenience of our Grandsons graduation from high school. We were able to spend time with family, tour the island, attend the many luaus and beaches. It was amazing to come home each day and be welcomed by the friendly gate keepers, they always had a smile were warm, welcoming and informative. The home was very clean and It had bags, (corn hole), snorkel equipment, boogie boards and beach chairs! Even the Kitchen had everything you needed! Maintenance was just a text away if we needed anything and David was knocking on our door ready to unclog the vacuum and fix the lock on the back door! It was hard to leave because it felt so much like home! Thank you for helping make this vacation awesome!

The management company was very responsive and quickly addressed requests. The location is away from the crowded Waikiki area which we preferred.
