Nice home in vineyard
The host was very prompt with communication and gave easy instructions for check in/out process. The home had all the essentials and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was smooth and they were with a great host.

Renter Beware
Upon arrival there with 4 trash bags of linens at the door. As we entered, we discovered that the house had not been cleaned. It was dusty, dead bugs in the window seals, and appliances had not been wiped down, The carpet had not been vacuumed and beds only had a bottom sheet. There were no towels. The master bathroom had something brown smeared all over the blinds. We contacted the owner who told us it had been cleaned and we would need to send pictures. After sending many pictures, he said we need to go to dinner and he would send someone over to clean. This was a huge inconvenience since we had been traveling since early morning and were ready to relax. The housekeeper came and said it would be a full clean. Upon return, we had clean beds and towels but it still wasn't very clean, bugs still in the window seals. The towels in the master bedroom were places under the cabinet against the toilet plugger. Even though the kitchen was nice, it was only stocked with a few thrift store fry pans and a pot. There wasn't even a mixing bowl. However, it did have plenty of plates. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable so we decide to flip the mattress. We discovered the bed frame was broken. The owner said he would have it fixed after we left. The bunk beds were so wobbly my grandkids would not sleep on it. Also the pleather on the couch was flaky off. Owner said he could only refund half the cleaning fee but we have not seen it yet.
