Mahtava merinäköalakoti 2 hehtaarilla - 300 askeleen päässä rannasta

Kuuntele surffailun pauhaa, kuuntele apinoita alla olevassa mangrovessa tai laula puiden lintujen kanssa ... tämä on molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet. Kukkulan puolella istuen antaa tästä hyvin maisemoidusta, kahden hehtaarin omaisuudesta upeat merinäkymät jokaisesta huoneesta, samalla kun se säilyttää lähellä rantaa. Haluatko mennä nopeasti kävelemään rannalle (muutama minuutti jalka, kirjaimellisesti 300 askelta talosta!) tai aja yhdelle monista rannoilla sijaitsevista rannoista (muutama minuutti autolla), tämä ominaisuus on täydellinen pakopaikka.

Ympäröimä terassi, joka tarjoaa ihanan paikan lukea, jutella tai ruokailla, talossa on 3000 neliömetriä hyvin varustettua asuintilaa. Tämä ominaisuus takaa upean rentouttavan loman, mikä sopii erinomaisesti viihdyttämiseen perheen kanssa tai hyvin ansaitulle hiljaiselle ajalle. Wonderful week

We had a great week at this house overlooking the ocean. A couple of minor issues that were addressed very quickly by the property manager (eg new hot water heater installed). The location is fantastic and the view is great. The onsite caretakers were wonderful, cleaning the pool, making beds, doing laundry and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location !!! Local !!!

We had special requests that the host graciously assisted with. It was exactly the together time we needed. The driveway was steep but we could have gotten a car. A waitress at Las Brasis referred us to a driver and he took us wherever for 10 to 20 dollars. Just loved the local spots. Not asPrivate as weHad hoped but I think it was because of the dry season thinned out the vegetation. The property could use some updating. LOVED. Location and locals. Would love to go back. Could use some air in the living spaces.

Great Family Retreat

We very much enjoyed our time in Potrero and this house was perfect and spacious for family of 5 adults. It was nice to have AC in the bedrooms to get ready and to sleep. The master BR and bath are very large and the views are stunning. The kitchen and family room area do not have AC but there are plenty of ceiling fans. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent time on the large veranda and you could not beat the sunset views. The pool area had a covered area with table and chairs. The landscaping is beautiful and we loved seeing the parrots. The best was having daily cleaning and laundry. Short stroll to beach. The hardest part of walk is the steep driveway. There are many great local restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this house for your stay in Potrero

Wonderful Stay in Potrero

Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay here. Although the main area was not air conditioned, there were plenty of ceiling fans even on the wrap around porch. We never felt uncomfortable. We heard the howler monkeys everyday and even saw them on the last night. There are so many beaches in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer to see even more. The La Leona waterfall trip is a must. Our driver and guide provided an adventure of a lifetime.

3 beaches

We are 2 couples in our 60’s. The set up of the house was perfect for us. We each had a bedroom on the end of the house. We did have a 3rd couple join us for 3 nights and they stayed in the lower bedroom. If we’d been 3 couples staying the entire time it might have come down to drawing the short straw to see who took the lower level bedroom. The property is set up on a hill - therefore the view is spectacular! We did not rent a car so we used Uber or we walked everywhere. The hill would be a climb if you are not in good physical shape. We walked all 3 of our beaches daily and really enjoyed that. We also spent lots of time under the gazebo or in the pool. The purpose of our trip was to rest, relax, and enjoy the heat, good food, and the beauty of Costa Rica!Walking into town along Playa Potrero is a much safer option than the road but check the tide charts. Potrero had many good restaurants and we tried numerous ones but not all of them. The staff at the house were friendly and very helpful. We had to resort to Google translate sometimes as none of us speak very much Spanish. We enjoyed the company of the dogs, especially Bella, as she was most affectionate and happy to hang out with us. Lovely home with a well set up kitchen and as I mentioned, spectacular views. Great to watch the sunset or the boats on the ocean. Our hosts were responsive and helpful and I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house on the beach in Costa Rica

This house was the highlight of the trip. I would totally recommend it for a small group. Clean, big rooms, beautiful bedrooms high on a hill with ocean view and breezes in the cute little town of Potrero Guanacaste.

This home is relaxing, clea,n beautiful and functions great for a vacation in Costa Rica. Our family with three kids had plenty of room and really enjoyed the daily housekeeping and on-site property managers.

Glorious!

We spent a week enjoying sunsets in the Nosara area, but this was even better - truly spectacular! We loved hanging out by the pool with the beautiful flora and fauna. Both Playa Penca and Playa Prieta are lovely, and the snorkeling at Playa Prieta was amazing! We loved walking to Reparito House for breakfast. And Ana Maria definitely deserves a shout out!

GREAT Spot — Exceeded Hopes & WAY Better Than Pricier Hotels

The descriptions were spot-on; wonderful well-appointed house…short walk to two beaches (both with requisite howler monkey’s, iguanas, good swimming and NO crowds). The house benefited be great daily cleaning, friendly grounds help (who assisted us in finding driver when needed) and dogs who kept us company.

Authentic Costa Rica experience with amazing views and house amenities

Our family of 5 (3 children) had an amazing time at Potrero house. We were able to relax after a day of activities in the house pool and porch and watch the sunset while cooking meal at the house. It was an amazing experience for all of us, Costa Rica pure vida

Great ocean views in modern home

Very happy with our 11 night stay. Amazing views from a hilltop house over an ocean bay. Beach is 5 min walk away. Property is gated and super safe. Cleaning lady comes daily and washes all dishes and laundry. Lots of space inside and outside. Highly recommend.

Peace & tranquillity

Excellent stay that was very peaceful. The guard trio were fun to have along with the magpie jays eating breakfast. We had good chuckles with the howler monkeys serenading us one night. Beach combing in the rocks at low tide was very interesting!! Staff was wonderful and fun to refresh our Spanish with, Anna Marie is a dear.

Our Potrero Stay

Mic and Mindy’s home is lovely. It is situated overlooking a stunning view. Our early mornings were spent spotting different birds in and around the property with our afternoons exploring the surrounding beaches and coves. The evenings found us back on the porch enjoying the last of the day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful views!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was great too. We had a small issue with the water pump on arrival but the host responded right away and the issue was resolved quickly. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always kind. The views from this house were amazing. We really enjoyed them while drinking our cup of coffee in the morning. Highly recommended.

While on our first vacation in Costa Rica in 2003, we came across this incredible house which just spoke to us on some level. The spectacular views, the privacy, the way it made us feel was just magic. To truly understand this, you'd need to know that we definitely are not the most spontaneous people in the world - and we were certainly not in the market for a house. Yet, by the time we returned home four weeks later, we were proud owners of this property.

A decision we have never regretted for a minute. This is now our home - and yours when you visit - and by the time we get to the top of the driveway, our whole demeanor has shifted to peacefulness. By the time we get to the terrace and sink into a wicker chair, our shoulders have dropped about 4 inches (an exaggeration, but suddenly everything is alright). Many of our guests return year after year and have developed into wonderful friendships and we've become acquainted with many lovely families.

Our home is curated to be warm and welcoming - not meant to be straight out of a magazine in how it looks and feels. We want you to feel comfortable, like you are visiting an old friend - not worrying about sitting on the couch if your bathing suit is still not completely dry ... or wondering if its okay to snag an extra towel if yours is still damp. Enjoy. Anna will take care of you and the house in an unobtrusive way - while Ernesto makes sure the property looks as beautiful as possible.

And if you like dogs, welcome them and encourage them - and you will find them on the terrace looking for your company. If you don't care for animals, no worries, just ignore them and they will head back down to the caretaker's casita.

To ensure your time here is as safe as possible, the home is cleaned before your arrival using disinfectants along with daily cleaning as well.
