The Space:
-There is one additional room in the home that contains a daybed and trundle. For clarity, this is located in the landing of the home. It is labeled as "Living Room" above.
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.
-Our elegant home features modern amenities that are guaranteed to elevate your stay.
-Outdoor space features a private hot tub, pergola, games, and table for dining.
-Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware. 
-Cozy dining area for larger meals, and kitchen island for casual dining.
-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.
-Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
-Other amenities include wifi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
-All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

Guest Access:
The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.

Algiers Point is located on the Mississippi River's West Bank and is respectively the second oldest town in New Orleans! This charming residential area is known for its bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many families and young professionals call this place home too. Our home is in a convenient and safe location for all groups, no matter what brings you to New Orleans.

Area highlights include shopping on Magazine Street, national WWII Museum, and acclaimed eateries like Turkey and the Wolf and Commander's Palace. Walmart Supercenter is a 10 minute drive away which makes grocery runs convenient.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in charming Algiers Point while still close to most major sites. Take a 5 minute ride on the Algiers Ferry into the French Quarter to explore the city or enjoy an art gallery.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
