Brookville is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment, with modern furnishings, decor and a balcony, situated in Meadow Brook Gardens, Georgetown, Guyana.
The property benefits from double glazed windows, grill doors and windows with locks, giving you peace of mind and added security. There is also a secure gate, razor wire around the perimeter fence, and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
There is air conditioning (AC) in all rooms, for added comfort in the heat. The property has a generator for continued power supply, in the event of a power cut/ blackout.
The property also has hot water, laundry facilities, and a telephone allowing you to make free local calls.
Guests are able to access the entire apartment.
Guests can access all communal areas around the property which is shared with other guests and tenants.
The property is within 10 mins of the city centre, giving easy access to the markets, shopping malls, restaurants, night-life, zoo, Botanical Gardens National Library, National Museum, and the Sea Wall Promenade which is particularly busy at weekends.

It is around 1 hour to the nearest creek resort, a Sunday tradition for family picnics and chilling out.
