Villa de las Rocas is a truly exceptional property in Puerto Escondido that offers a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. This stunning villa boasts over 5000 sqft of living space, located right on the ocean with breathtaking views of the sea. The villa is conveniently located minutes from La Punta and Zicatela Beach in a GATED COMMUNITY w/ 24/7 security, and just 20 minutes away from Puerto Escondido airport, making it very easy to access, this villa provides a true sense of serenity right on the uninterrupted Pacific coastline. Included in your stay is a full-board Chef who will be happy to cook Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, (snacks and drinks upon request) as well as a cleaning team. We will curate a menu for you and your group prior to arrival and the chef will do all of the grocery shopping for you! You will just pay for groceries!
The unique architecture of the villa is constructed in a way that takes advantage of its natural surroundings. The central palapa, for instance, is littered with natural treasures created by the owner is perfect for large family gatherings/dinners with uninterrupted pool and ocean views. And unlike most properties, Villa de las Rocas features 4 full ocean view bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and parotta wood closets, each just steps to the pool and the beach. Bedroom 5 & 6 are located in the garden with en suite full bathrooms for those looking for a more peaceful room and a great space to retire from the festivities of the house. The living area is also a great space for morning yoga to the sounds of the ocean. Villa de las Rocas offers over 5000 sqft of living space, providing ample room for large groups or families. The central palapa contains a half bath, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchen. The second-level lounge provides an oversized double chaise with a sofa for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, as well as a great spot for whale watching! The outdoor space is just as impressive as the indoor space. The 16x9 pool has two shallow attachments that are perfect for lounge chairs and drinks in the sun (And pool volleyball!). If guests get too hot, they can cool off under the massive magnificent silver palm or the poolside palapa with an oversized double lounge for shade. Their resident iguana basking in the sun on the rocks adds to the charm of the villa. Don't forget to take your group down to the beach for a sunset happy hour on what feels like your own private strip of beach. Take a short ride into town to dine at an endless possibility of restaurants on or off the beach or head up to the mountains for a guided hike that is guaranteed to leave you in awe (Ask host about this). This villa has it all and you will start and end your vacation in paradise.

Sara and Sam met when they were 7 years old at their grandparents lake houses right next door to each other in Lake Wisconsin and are now starting a life together as a happily engaged couple! They both share the same passion for travel and adventure, and are always trying to explore new places together. Sara grew up in Rockford Illinois and attended Kent State as a Fashion Merchandising and International Business major where she was on the dance team for all four years. Sam grew up in Annapolis Maryland and attended Penn State University as an Energy Business and Finance major where he drank a lot of beers and attended Penn State Football games. Their mutual interest for traveling and exploring got them into hosting this property, which belongs to Sara's parents, Rose and Brian. They are hoping to provide an experience of a life time for those with similar interests of looking for new unique places through hosting this amazing, one of a kind villa, Villa de las Rocas!
