This home is a two story floor plan. The first floor is an open concept featuring the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The nearest town is 12 miles away, so it's best to purchase all of your needs prior to arrival. A Walmart is located in Monticello which is on your way to the property.
Ramsey's Point boat ramp is only about a mile down the road....So bring your boat!!! There is ample parking for multiple boats in the driveway.
