Tervetuloa Tops'l Resortin rannan kartanoon 504, jossa näkymät Meksikonlahdelle ja Topsail State Preserven dyynit ovat hämmästyttäviä. Saatat jopa nähdä peuroja vaeltaa dyynit. Näet ehdottomasti Meksikonlahden upeat smaragdinvihreät vedet, joissa delfiinit paisuvat lähellä rantaa!
Tämä tilava huoneisto on remontoitu hiljattain uudella keittiöllä ja kylpyhuonetta ja laatta koko yksikön. Tyylikäs sisustus on tyylikäs rantaravintola, jossa haluat ehkä vain viipyä pidempään!
Näkymä olohuoneesta on upea, ja jos haluat raitista ilmaa, astu ulos parvekkeelle istuimella 4. Jos rengas näkymistä, nautit uudesta 40 "Samsung-taulutelevisiosta olohuoneessa. Tietenkin on ilmainen wi-fi myös!

Makuuhuoneessa on muhkeat vuodevaatteet ja upeat näkymät rannikolle ja Persianlahden vesille ovella patio. Voit myös katsella uutta VIZIO 32 "taulutelevisiota makuuhuoneessa. Mestari-ammeella on uusi kaappi, laatta ja poreallas - täydellinen rentoutua vielä rauhoittavan päivän jälkeen rannalla.

Vierashuoneessa on uudet huonekalut ja majoittaa lapsille ja / tai aikuisille 2 täysikokoista sänkyä ja TV / DVD-soitin. Hiljattain kunnostettu vieraskylpyhuone, jossa on uusi kaakeli ja kalusteet, pääsee vierashuoneesta ja käytävästä.

Close to beach

Loved location. Can’t get much closer to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Condo was comfy and well stocked.

Perfect location and great communication with the host!

We love this community. Being on the beach and having baytown wharf across the street and being able to get up and walk the trail in the morning was amazing! We even saw a couple of deer one morning! The convenience of everything from a poolside bar and restaurant and being right on the beach, fitness room, putt putt, and basketball etc...everything was excellent!

Best location on the beach!

Sometimes Destin can be pretty busy and overwhelming, but this condo is perfectly located outside that congested area. It’s the last condo before the beach turns briefly residential, so the beach is far less crowded. There are a few different condo resorts within the Tops’l area, and I will say this one was very, very well kept. The pool, hot tub, lobby, you name it - were all clean and organized. This particular unit had everything we need, it was clean, everything worked, it was one of the easiest stays we’ve ever had. We will be back, marking this one as a fav. Most places we can find something similar and don’t worry about saving them. This one - we want to look at first when we search.

Great condo for a beach getaway!

This is a great little 2 bedroom condo. The beds were comfortable, and you can't get much closer to the water. The kitchen has most items you'd need if you're planning to cook. The Tops'l property, pool, and beach amenities are great

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for six days in early May. It was beautiful, relaxing, and quiet, and the beach access was excellent! The bed was very comfortable, the decor was lovely, and the views were exquisite. The beach powder sand and aqua blue waters are the best anywhere. We enjoyed ourselves. This will be a yearly vacation spot for us.

We thought the condo was very nice, lived up to its billing. The beds were all comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay there. The beach/ocean are beautiful. We would be happy to return in the future.

Nice place for a family get away

The 504 Beach Manor worked great for our family get away. The condo was easy to access and accessibility to the beach was great. The staff at Topsl were all very friendly and we felt very welcome. The fridge worked sporadically during our stay. We notified the owner who immediately sent up maintenance but there wasn't anything they could do during our stay. Overall if you are looking for a family place with great beach access I would recommend this place.

Great family spot!

My family and I had a great time! The resort was super family friendly with kid’s activities daily. The beach was not crowded and very clean. The condo was beautiful, clean, and the master bed was very comfortable! Fully stocked for making family meals and even had water toys for the beach. Had a wonderful time and hope to be back!

Beautiful condo

The condo was everything it advertised and more. Beautifully decorated unit with a well stocked kitchen. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The shower grout was a little dirty but otherwise, unit was really clean. The master bed was very firm, which was rough on me as a side sleeper, mattress and linens were in great shape. Very responsive with any concerns. Was definitely a favorite stay with Tops'l resorts!!

Excellent location, excellent amenities, very responsive owner, clean condo.

Condo was clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. All amenities exceeded expectations. The location to the beach a pool was short and sweet. Both pools were heated which our kids loved. The grill/outdoor bar provided a great resort feel while at the pool. Gated community/resort with excellent security. Most everything was updated. Have stayed at 2 other Tops’l units; this by far was the best. Would stay here again.

Great Condo - Lovely View

My family and I stayed in this condo in August 2012 and we loved the property. It is located with very easy access to the beach (much less right beside private beach...so it's not heavily occupied) as well as the attractions of Miramar Beach. Property owner was real easy to work with and very friendly. If you are looking for a place for your family to stay while visiting Destin, then this condo is just what you need.

Nice, clean condo. Updated and looks just like the pictures. Laid back and quiet area. Pool and hot tub were great and not crowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner. Would rent again.

Great Place!

We had a great time and really enjoyed this property. Highly recommend for future stays and we will definitely be back. Place was in great shape and had all the amenities you’d need. Facility was just as nice with a really nice pool area and poolside bar with amazing food. On the east side of Miramar out of all the traffic and restaurants within minutes. Property owner was very quick to respond when I had a question and the check in process couldn’t have been any easier. Once again, highly recommended!

October visit

The property was nice and very convenient to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished with everything needed to cook. I did feel the condo was not very clean. When we walked around without shoes or socks our feet got very dirty. There was a Swiffer wet jet in the closet however the floor needs a good mopping in between guests. There is no deadbolt on the door which is a safety concern. Even with the door security flip at the top of the door, the door will still open some from the inside. Toddlers and young children can very easily get their fingers closed in the door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at the unit again if proper cleaning is addressed.

504 Beach Manor - July 30 thru Aug 6

We had a great experience in this unit. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Unit is very nicely furnished, access to the beach and pools is easy. Parking is really easy in the garage of Beach Manor. Vehicle is always in the shade. Elevators are right inside doors from garage, so unloading and loading is easy. Elevators were always quick. Main pool area is really nice. The bar/restaurant area next to pool is really nice (fyi...a little pricey and doesn't take cash). The walkway to beach was great. Lots of wash stations for sandy feet and gear. Beach gets crowded along the water, so get out early to set up if you want near the water at this time of year. Also, typical of resorts, you'll have to walk down the beach past where the rental chairs/umbrellas are set up if you bring your own. The Tops'l resort area is gated and the grounds everywhere we saw are really well maintained. Beach Manor where this unit is right on the beach. The view is really good from balcony. A few really nice houses below, but past that, it's just Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Wifi worked great in the unit. Kitchen had everything we needed. Don't forget dishwasher liquid...none was provided. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with so much to do! Hike the nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east, or check out the shops and restaurants at Silver Sands Outlets, Baytowne Wharf, or Grand Boulevard just two miles away. You'll also be within seven miles of Destin Commons, an open-air mall. This area has some of the best restaurants and out door activities around.
