A heated pool and spa, BBQ area, deck with tiki hut, kayaks, office space, outdoor wet bar and kitchen with all the essential cookware. Let's not forget waterfront, canal access! Walking distance to a public park and short drive to groceries stores, restaurants and Downtown Ft Myers!
Unfortunately the paddle boat in the pictures is no longer available.

It offers 4 bedrooms, including an office space equipped with a day bed along with 3 bathrooms, one of which has access to the pool. A newly built deck with a tiki hut is available as well as a floating dock with kayaks and a pedal boat!
