Luxury Wilton Manors Villa: Beach, Style, Comfort!

I’ve been a host for more than a decade and have welcomed over 5,000 guests through Luxury Furnished Living, my portfolio of thoughtfully curated homes in Washington DC and South Florida. Hosting began as a personal passion project when I started renovating properties to create spaces I would want to stay in myself—comfortable, stylish, and designed for connection. Over time, it grew into a full-scale hospitality business, but I still approach every guest and every home with the same personal care and pride as when I started.

As someone who loves travel and design, I understand how important it is to feel truly at home, even when you’re away. Wilton Manors is a truly unique part of South Florida, and it quickly became one of my favorite places to host. Known as the “Island City,” it offers a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming community unlike anywhere else in the region. It has earned a national reputation as one of the most LGBTQ-friendly cities in the United States, and its energy shines through in the incredible dining, nightlife, and cultural events right at your doorstep. Yet despite its lively scene, it still has a relaxed, neighborhood feel that makes it an amazing place to live, work, and visit.

I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly represents what South Florida living is all about: a blend of sunshine, diversity, and community spirit. Guests can stroll to cafes, cocktail lounges, and boutiques, or head just a few minutes down the road to Fort Lauderdale’s beaches, Las Olas Boulevard, and the vibrant arts district. You get the benefit of a central location with easy access to the airport and downtown, while still enjoying a safe, welcoming, and walkable community. What I enjoy most is that Wilton Manors offers something for everyone—whether you want a fun night out, a quiet day by the water, or a cultural festival, it’s all right here. That balance of excitement and comfort is what makes it such a special place to host.

Our Wilton Manors Villas are two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath townhome-style homes designed with both short-term and extended stays in mind. What sets them apart is how they combine functionality with style. Each villa features open, spacious layouts with room to spread out, making them ideal for families, couples, or guests working remotely. Thoughtful upgrades—luxury vinyl plank flooring, modern kitchens, comfortable furnishings, and high-speed Wi-Fi—make them practical for everyday living, while curated décor and finishing touches add a sense of warmth and personality.
