Bungalow in the sky you'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guest in your party.

Across from JW Marriott Resort. Beach, Gulf of Mexico, free parking WiFi & Cable TV

Building is currently in process of being painted on the exterior. This will not affect any amenities like the pool or tennis courts, but guests should be aware that ladders, extension cords and other equipment could be present. It's going to be beautiful!

Marco Island is a tropical paradise offering amazing beaches, dining close enough to walk to, and a relaxed island vibe. This private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island.

Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court.

This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. It is detached from the other units, offering no road noise, no shared walls, or noisy elevators. The unit has everything you need to enjoy this tropical paradise including: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV with DVD, and free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.

Come back after a day at the beach to air-conditioned accommodations. Shower and head to dinner at one of the many restaurants just down the street. Or stay in and cook in the kitchen or use the grill located on the pool deck. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable way to enjoy paradise look no further!

We had a fantastic and peaceful stay from the 12th to the 23rd May, the property is in a great location for easy walking distance only minutes to Marco Beach and also the close proximity to restaurants. Tina's communication was first class ensuring we had a stress free check in process and kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay.The bungalow was clean, quiet and comfortable, as was the whole of the Condo including the heated pool, hopefully we will return soon.

Our new tropical home

This was our second time staying in this condo. Tina has done a lot of updating since our first visit. We'll be making this place our regular home when we visit Marco.We are right next to the pool, which is very clean and not used much at this time of year. The grounds are well kept and the parking lot is freshly painted. The building is directly across from the public beach access pathway.Tina checked on us several times during our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is small but nothing can be done about that. It's very functional. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it seems to have most of what you would expect in a vacation condo.There were a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella (I think. We didn't use it.) A beach bag, a shell strainer, some type of racket game, a couple of inflatables, and a small cooler, mostly for drinks. Some pool noodles also. We didn't use most of that stuff but it's there. Some beach towels as well.All in all a very nice unit. If you need the Taj Mahal, go across the street to the Marriot. If you need bang for your buck, this place works for us.

The property is in a great location as we were right across the street from the beach!!! It’s perfect for a couple!!! Easy access to great restaurants all over the island!! The host Tina answered our questions and was available if needed!! Would definitely go back!!!

Very nice

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool and pool deck clean and perfect that come mid-afternoon was partly in shade. Excellent beach access as right across the street. Tina, the owner, communication throughout was excellent and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible Stay & Exceptional Host

Our stay at Tina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from all the best spots in Marco, with the added bonus of being only a 3-minute drive to some amazing restaurants for dinner and drinks. Tina was a phenomenal host, with communication that went above and beyond. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made the stay special. We will definitely be returning and staying with Tina again! Highly recommend!

just what we needed, relaxing stay!

This was our first visit to Marco Island, and we found the property to be peaceful and quiet and clean. The location for the beautiful Marco Island Beach was directly across the street with beautiful white sands and amazing shells. Staying in the bungalow was like staying in our own little home away from home the owner Tina, I can not speak any higher. She was so accommodating and a communication between us was amazing. I would highly recommend a couple looking to get away and relax and take in the beautiful scenery to rent this bungalow from Tina.

Perfect condo for 2!

We loved Tina’s cute, quiet condo with everything you need for a 2 week stay! It was clean, compact but perfectly laid out with everything you need, well stocked, and a 4 min walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water in the shower, laundry/dish detergent, spices, and nice pots and pans to cook. I often say I’d stay there again, but in this case, I’m already looking for the dates to rebook. Don’t hesitate- you will love this place!

Christmas getaway. for us the bungalow was a perfect size everything was clean and comfortable we enjoyed that the unit was off by itself with no one above us or below us there were plenty of cooking amenities for us to use if we chose to stay in and the host was very nice and checked in with us thanks Mike.

Fantastic experience, just as advertised!

The accommodations were clean and perfect for the two of us, and the proximity to the public beach access was amazing. Tina was an exceptional host, frequently checking in to ensure our needs were met. (She even left champagne to help us celebrate our anniversary!) Loved the local restaurants, the sunsets, and shelling on the beaches. Would definitely come back in the future!

Beach Vacation

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was clean and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. Tina was so accommodating, I felt as though I knew her although we have never met. Our beach vacation was just what we were looking for!

Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean. There is beach access right across the street. Not far from Tigertail Beach. The pool is very clean. It was quiet the whole time we were there.Communication with Tina, the owner, was super easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again prompt

Anniversary trip

We loved our bungalow. It was in a great location. The beach access was a short walk right across the street. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our hostess was AMAZING!!! Because this was an anniversary trip she left us a box of goodies, a sweet treat in the frig, and a sweet note. She texted me to make sure we had everything we needed. I told her she was the “hostess with the mostest” and she was. If we ever go to Marco again we know we will stay in this cute bungalow!
