Before arrival, I received a phone call informing me that one of the bathrooms would be unusable, which was frustrating. Upon checking in, I found the hot tub to be filthy, and when it was time for bed, we discovered that the sheets hadn’t been changed—stains were still visible on them! To make matters worse, the bathroom connected to my room had a constant drizzle of water from the shower, leaving us with just one usable shower for the entire house.When I requested a refund for one night due to these issues, my request was denied, and I was only offered 300, which felt inadequate. Given the cleanliness and maintenance concerns, I would not stay at this property if I were you.
