All communication is done with the property manager or their staff.
The only form of payment is through the form established by the accommodation site of the reservation.
Our property is in a safe, comfortable and exclusive Resort, located a few minutes from Disney, shopping centers, restaurants, pharmacies and more businesses so you can enjoy all kinds of activities during your stay.
For the safety of our guests, the entrance is controlled with access codes for both the gate and the entrance to the house.

The codes are sent a few days before the arrival of the guest.
3 minute walk around our fishing lake takes you to clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, game room, and concierge desk. Enjoy a tiki bar with daily drink specials, basketball, beach volleyball court, mini-golf and more.
The allowed speed is 15 miles per hour.
The Resort requests a mandatory pass for the vehicle during the stay, the pass is delivered at the Club House and has a fee of $20 which is not part of the reservation payment.
