This is a private residence located within the trendy W Hotel located at 2201 Collins Ave. The W is a hotel you never have to leave. They house Mr. Chow, and their lobby bar Living Room which is always buzzing on the weekends. Conveniently located within walking distance to clubs, lively dining, premier shopping, and all that is iconically Miami, this luxurious hotel also has plenty to do on-site with several on-site restaurants, a gym, and a spa.

Start your day off streaming a Peloton cycling class or grabbing a workout at the on-site gym before having a quick breakfast overlooking the beach from the unit’s enormous balcony. Put on your suit and head down to lounge by the pool or head out to the beach to soak up the sun and “see and be seen.” Head down to Ocean Drive for a cocktail and lunch before returning to ready yourself for the evening’s activities. Whether you choose drinks and some retail therapy at Lincoln Road Mall, a decadent dining experience at one of Miami’s celebrity chef restaurants, or an iconic Miami night on the town – return to this oasis at day's end to rest and recharge for tomorrow’s adventures.

The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation & Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate.
• Room service not available.
• This rental property is currently listed for sale. On occasion, we may get a request to show the property during your stay. We will provide a 24-hour notice and make every attempt not to disturb or inconvenience you during your vacation.
• Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
