New 3-bedroom 2-bath cottages located in the heart of Navarre, just across the Causeway from the white sandy beaches and blue waters of Navarre beach. Great restaurants, shopping, and the new Navarre Park within walking distance. Spend the day at the beach, come back, and grill burgers on one of our centrally located grills, then enjoy a game of corn hole and a peaceful evening by the fire pit. Bring your boat. We are located just a mile and a half from the Navarre Beach Boat Ramp. Reserve one cottage or up to all nine for family reunions, groups, or just vacation with your friends.

Another stay in Paradise!

Returned back to cottage #3 for another great week in Navarre! You just cannot beat the location! Beach, restaurants, beach, grocery, more beach! The facility is located in the quietest neighborhood with everyone waving at you when they are on their walks! Sooo relaxing especially hanging out by the fire pit in the sandy courtyard!

Family fun and relaxation

We had an amazing stay in Navarre Beach. This hideway was the best place to relax and unwind as we prepare for the hustle and bustle of our fall schedules. We enjoyed the proximity of the beautiful, tranquil beaches and saw amazing sea life from the Navarre Pier! Sea Turtles, Dolphins, and Stingrays put on a show. Linda was a gem of a Host! Until next time….

Best Stay Ever!

We’ve rented from other locations between Pensacola and San Destin. This by far beats them all. Access to the beach was super simple. Shops, restaurants were all within walking distance. We are currently booking another trip!

Nice stay at Sum Beaches Paradise

We had a really comfortable stay at cottage 3. They had everything we needed, including some fun games in the ottoman, all the kitchen essentials, and a nice quiet neighborhood experience. We will definitely come back next time we visit Navarre! Thank you, Linda, for always being available for questions and help. And thank you for the amazing key lime pie in the fridge!

Memorable!

This house was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and spacious, and the location was very close to the beach. We loved how peaceful it was, and we truly made long lasting memories as a family.

Awesome stay!!

This place was wonderful. The listing and the photos were exactly what you are getting. The fact that they allow dogs is a huge plus for us. Their common area that is shared between 9 units is AMAZING. It has a big fire pit, gas grills, yard games and a tiki hut. Best of all it was sand which made the dogs happy! Wonderful people to rent from and will definitely be back. If you are on the fence, just do it! Plenty of space for everyone!!!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Clean, Friendly, Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful experience! We loved the property- it was close to everywhere we wanted to go, the common area and rental were both so accommodating for our daughter and also our dogs. Linda was extremely friendly and communicative. We would 100% book again!

Our sisters vacay was excellent! The cottage was so precious, clean, decor was a beach theme and very comfortable. Location was so close to all the beaches and restaurants and the main strip! The host, Linda was available when needed with quick responses. I highly recommend you stay at SumBeachesParadise! Thanks for everything Navarre Beach!

Amazing stay

Our group of 6, had the best time staying in Cottage 3. Our cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Corner shaded lot which was great, had room to park our boat trailer and 3 cars in the parking area. The tiki area out back was great for gathering and hanging out with friends. Very convenient location, 5 minutes to the beach! Our hosts were great and very accommodating. Key Lime pie was a special treat! Thank you so much for everything! Hope you will let us come back 😂

Great stay!

Our family of five had a great stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and the location was perfect! A quick drive to the beach-which has ample parking, groceries, restaurants, a great little ice cream shop. The staff was responsive and communication was great. My kids loved the tree swing and the community space was nice. Id love to see some extra amenities as the popularity increases- additional dishwasher tabs, community beach chairs/boogey boards, hangers in the closets, an iron/board...our family took pictures and I have to assume others do also- we left behind the $12 iron we bought. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay again. We've even talked with friends about renting out a couple of the units next year.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

We absolutely live Navarre. This was our 4th year coming down for a vacation. First year not staying on the beach. With that being said, the cottage #3 was absolutely perfect for my two kids and I. We had everything that we needed. The host and property manager were both very friendly. They were easy to contact. We would definitely stay in the cottage again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
