The perfect setting for a family vacation, a friend's trip, or just a simple getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
We love that this house is perfectly nestled away in a quiet subdivision less than 15 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Less than 10 minutes away from Walmart and the busy strip of Highway 85. You'll find anything your heart desires. Restaurants, bars, lounges as well as grocery stores.

In this home, you will find 4 spacious bedrooms.
The two living rooms, both house queen size sleeper sofas.
2 full bathrooms which have bathtub shower combo, toilet, and sink. While the private bathroom has a garden tub and shower stall.
Blowdryers are available for hair that has gotten wet from the pool or washing. Complimentary body wash, hair shampoo, and conditioner are available in all bathrooms.

In the kitchen, there is a small nook to have your morning coffee, tea, or breakfast. The gas stove is ready for stovetop cooking or baking in the oven.
While there is no microwave, we do have an air fryer available. You'll also find a waffle maker, toaster, and electric griddle to get your breakfast started.
A two-in-one coffee maker with a K-cup side for single servings of coffee, or hot chocolate. The other side is for larger servings with a coffee pot. If you prefer tea, there's also an electric water kettle.
In the dining room, you'll find an expandable dining table with chairs. Seats up to 12.

To take a step outside, you have the option of accessing the backyard from the upstairs patio stairs or through the downstairs via sliding doors.
We also have a beverage cooler in the backyard which can be filled with ice to have handy while sitting outside.
(Seasonal pool access- Sept-May pool is closed)
With depths from 3ft to 8 ft everyone of all ages can enjoy the water. Floaty devices and life vests are available for less experienced swimmers. There are also devices for infants and toddlers. SAFETY FIRST!
Pool towels and jumbo tabletop games are available.

While the property is quite welcoming with its spacious backyard and large pool, unfortunately, no pool parties or large gatherings are allowed WITHOUT EXPLICIT PERMISSION. This will also have a partially refundable fee.

Small but Modern Decor
My stay, some good things, some things the owners can change and there are things they may not be able to change. To start, the good things, easy check in, the welcome basket which contained a variety of snacks, the Roku system, which is Internet based, you can see a variety of movies/tv shows. There was also a variety of delicious K-cups and an air fryer. You can tell the owner(s) spent time updating the home for vacationers. The house was very clean, and the décor was nice and modern. Some of the things we recommend the owner consider changing, placing televisions in each bedroom (only one bedroom had a tv), have a microwave (vacationers eat out and leftovers need to be reheated). Have a way to access local tv stations because we were there doing the Thanksgiving holiday so there were football games and parades to watch. The size and location of the house is not something that can be changed. The house is in a quiet, older neighborhood. There is a main floor and a lower floor, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is very compact, 1631 sq ft. The main living room had a sofa (small sectional) and accent chair which seated a total of 4 people, the others in our group sat at the dining room table. Luckily, the only time we were at the house was breakfast and just before bed. There was just enough room for the 8 of us. Lastly, the floor creaks. I didn't disturb the others with late night movement To sum up, the décor of the house was very nice, the house was clean but small.

Welcoming home!!
The house was immaculate. The owner did an EXCELLENT job with the decor and left charming quotes around the house. The house was above and beyond what I expected. The owner was available for questions and the love she put into the property really showed. I would definitely come back. It was great.
