We're happy to share "Sam's Beach House", a beloved family home, full of fond memories. Located 2 blocks from the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and experience the beauty of Belmont Shore, Long Beachâs hidden gem. This home is clean, well-appointed and full of charm. The living room, dining room and kitchen are flooded with light and space. Sam's Beach House features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, front patio with conversation area, a back patio for eating and relaxing, and washer/dryer facilities.
If cooking is your thing, youâll enjoy our fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining room that seats 6. Or dine al fresco on the outdoor patio, equipped with a dining table and chairs for 4, umbrella and Weber BBQ.
The cottage is located 1/2 block from the popular Belmont Shore 2nd Street Shopping district. There you will find restaurants of every kind, bars, trendy and folksy coffee bars and unique shops and services â all within walking distance. The Belmont Pier and Belmont Shore Beach are within easy walking or biking distance, as is Alamitos Bay Beach. Thereâs so much to do at The Shore from lounging on the sand (towels provided) to enjoying the scenic 3.1 mile bike path, to renting a kayak to cruise the canals of Naples Island or enjoy a visit to the famous Aquarium and the Rainbow Park Lagoon.
