Closed Beautiful Atlantic Station Studio!

We are closed. Please read the entire listing! This is the most private studio in Atlanta! You have your own building!

Street parking only. Wifi reaches from main house so consider your wifi needs. There is a small TV but you bring your own content such as a laptop and HDMI cable to watch Netflix. (no cable is offered).

Short stays are not allowed due to neighborhood preferences. Contact us with questions!

This is a great studio apartment above the garage.

We offer a brand new queen memory foam mattress with new linens. We offer a very small kitchenette with a 3.2 cubic feet fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is very nice and offers a hot shower! There is an HVAC system in the unit so you can heat and cool to your desired temperature. We offer towels and lovely amenities!

The apartment is right next to Atlantic Station so you can walk to great shopping and restaurants! This is a safe area and is home to families and college students alike. Occasionally you may hear cars and city noises in the area. You may also hear the garage door going up or down.

You can see the high rises of midtown from the top of the staircase that goes into the studio apartment.

We are able to host two guests only in the one queen bed. Or we can sleep 1 person on the futon and 1 person in the queen bed. (Not 3 people)

We cannot host animals at this time. We keep it pet-free.

A washer and dryer is not part of this rental. You will need to go to a laundromat to do laundry.

Guests have access to street parking and then walk up an inclined driveway to the unit. The driveway may be used for loading and unloading of 3 minutes or less for groceries.

You have access to the entire 450 square-foot unit! Just the studio unit and an attached bathroom is all you need!

Amazing, central Atlanta location. Gaze at the Midtown skyline. Hop on the highway in minutes! Walk to the grocery store, Target, and tons of other shopping options at Atlantic Station.

We have wifi but it reaches from the main house. It may be weak at this time but you can go to the ground level to access wifi and download things.

We offer about 10 hangers. There are 3 closets available and they all have shelves. There is a TV (no cable, bring your own Roku device, laptop with HDMI cord, or Apple TV).

We offer central air conditioning and a window unit. The central air conditioning works well and is an ambient system. What this means is that it is not a forced air system and you will not feel a breeze from the system. You will feel that the space is cool, but not breezy. Make sure that you see the snowflake on the remote control for the central AC. The sun means heat and the snowflake mean air conditioning.

There is a small heater for the winter to use in addition to the central heating offered. Guests stay warm without any problem.
We do not allow any guests on the property that are not registered as part of your reservation. That means that if your reservation is for one guest, you may not have any guests during the day or overnight. Want to have a friend over? Add him or her to the reservation.
