Beyond anything we imagined!
The pictures do not even do this rental justice. The rooms are HUGE.. the beds are so comfy. 3 full bathrooms all equipped with towels bath wash shampoos etc. The Hot Tub was clean and relaxing. This place was immaculate.. spotless! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The living room has a big flat screen with all the apps installed for use. Lots of room for sitting in there as well! Giant kitchen! It was just perfect. ***** five star review!

This UP North Retreat is centrally located. Kick back by our inside Gas Fired Fire Place or at our Fire Pit Area. Relax in our awesome Hot Tub! Our Patio area is great for outside dinning and relaxing along with a Barbecue Grill. The outside area is a great place to hang out and relax, Fire Pit, Hot Tub, Blue Tooth Speakers, Hammock.

We stayed at King Ranch for our son's wedding held at BlueBridge Events Centre in Grawn. It was a quiet location and very convenient for quick trips back and forth to the venue. The house and outdoor spaces were very clean and well organized and Jeff was a great communicator.

Property location is very quiet yet conveniently located close to Traverse City. Ideal for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat in the country but still wanting to get into the city within a few minutes. The hot tub was relaxing after a busy day. Clean and comfortable and every spacious. Wonderful king size beds in every room.

Excellent Stay, Great Location

We had a lovely stay! The King Ranch is lovely, clean, and in an excellent location (with big, cozy beds and a warm fireplace) - close enough to all the sights, and yet in a relaxing, tree’d location that made our stay relaxing and fun! Definitely recommend, and the host is easy to chat with, very accommodating, and ensured we had a lovely stay.

Spacious ,clean, so many of the extras provided. Hot tub was a favorite. Double washer and dryer a big plus. Definitely would return!

Amazing property

4 good sized rooms and 3 full bathrooms. Place came equipped with speakers for outside at the hot tub and everything you could need inside. You can tell the owners take pride I. The property. Not far from downtown traverse, made for a great girls trip.

Loved it!

The property was very clean and quiet. The yard was well maintained and had a fire pit, grill, hammock, hot tub, large table for hanging out. We would definitely return here.

This home was amazing smart tvs, silenced microwaves a lot of towels it was just perfect for our winter vacation fireplace was so wonderful as well. I will rebook this every time I visit Michigan 100/10!!!!

Up north getaway

The king ranch was a great stay for our family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and surrounding area beaches and lakes. Traverse City is a short ride away. I would reccomend this house for a up north vacation.

The first trip with our fur baby. We were here mainly in the evenings and night. This home is very relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard with use of the hot tub. We did not get a chance to use the fireplace outside, but it looked very comfortable. I really enjoyed the use of the indoor fireplace in the morning to take off the chill from the previous night. I loved the fact that the owner took into consideration the comfort of the beds. Offering a selection from soft, medium and firm. The communication with the host was quick and friendly. Just a heads up, there is a gap under the fence that your fur baby could crawl under. I think the host mentions this.Would definitely stay again.

This spacious ranch home was ideal for three couples. The king size beds were comfortable and each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was large, well supplied and the appliances worked great, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Little extras were nice: games, plenty of paper products including coffee filters, shampoo and body wash in the shower. Outdoor seating was plentiful including a big picnic table with umbrella, and a ring of seats around the fire pit. The yard is private and the neighborhood was quiet. Traverse City is about 25 minutes away so we had quick access to wineries on the Leelanau and Mission peninsulas. The owner responded quickly to questions and a minor issue we had. We would love to return someday, and recommended it to friends.

PERFECT Option for Crystal Skiing

This was the 2nd time staying at this property, as we loved it so much the first time we knew we wanted to rent again when we went back up to ski at Crystal Mountain. About a 20 minute drive from Crystal, it has SO much room for 2 families to share the space. Every amenity you could want, including a hot tub and TWO washers and dryers! Perhaps the best part though is the communication, ease of check in, and willingness to go above and beyond by the owners to be sure our stay was absolutely perfect. We will absolutely look to stay here every time we come up!

Wow! Amazing experience!

This property has it all! 4 king beds, everything absolutely clean and ready for guests, and the hot tub what the cherry on top. Just a short drive to downtown Traverse and far enough away to feel like a woodsy getaway. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Super relaxing getaway

This home provided exactly what our family (educators and college students) were looking for during our 4 night stay: pure R&R. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and space to play games and read. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Especially helpful was the slow cooker which made meals easier and we really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing space!! Ideal for a family or couples getaway with all the hot spots in easy driving distance. We enjoyed Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mission Point, plenty of beach combing, and a tour of Grand Traverse Bay aboard the Discovery Cruise. We also loved the fire pit and hot tub at night. The four separate bedrooms were ideal for our family of five - the King Ranch has plenty of space, everything you need, and a lot of privacy. While you can hear some traffic, it is super quiet! We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful and spacious!

Jeff was a great host. Communication and check in process was easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had a bonfire and enjoyed the hot tub. Never felt like we were on top of each other when inside. Great visit and close to TC and Interlochen.

Awesome home

We were very pleasantly surprised with this home - very clean, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, etc., lots of towels. The hot tub was great to relax in after skiing. The fireplace was used daily. There are 4 bedrooms, in case that makes a difference. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect Bachelorette Trip

I was looking for a secluded, relaxing cabin for my low-key bachelorette party and the King Ranch was perfect! I had myself and 4 girls come up and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house was. One of my friends is always up by 5-6 AM naturally and even she slept until 10AM, the beds were SO comfy! Our host Jeff was amazing and responsive, reaching out to make sure we hadn’t had any issues checking in and being quick to respond when we had any questions. We all loved our stay and already have discussed coming back again!

Very spacious

This place was great for 6 of us friends to get away for a long girls weekend. I was able to bring my dog, which was so nice and helpful. The house is very spacious with lots of seating, we especially enjoyed the bar area with stools for sitting, and eating and chatting; as well as the dining room table. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but overall the bedrooms were great. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, and it was nice that a few towels were provided for the hot tub as well. We all noted how there was plenty of paper products (paper towel, TP) which was nice and not something you always get with a rental. Traverse City was close, only a 20ish min drive. Sleeping Bear Dunes/Platte River area was only about 35 mins. Very nice, convenient location. We would definitely rent this place again. :-)

Each room has a floor ran and clothes rack! 3 full bathrooms all equipped with towels bath wash shampoos etc. The hottub was clean and relaxing. This place was immaculate.. spotless! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was! The living room has a big flat screen with all the apps installed for use. Lots of room for sitting in there as well! Giant kitchen! It was just perfect. We will def be back. Jeff was attentive and quick with his responses! Super great to work with. ***** five star review!
