Enjoy your morning coffee with our Keurig coffee machine, K cup pods, cream & sugar we provide for you morning enjoyment.

We also provide trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, dish soap.

55” Roku TV in the living room for your entertainments after a day at the beach.

Relax in a queen size memory foam bed, plus a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress! Including newly remodeled bathroom equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioning.

Walk to the beach, restaurants. miniature gulf and ice cream shop, bar, morning and evening 2 miles walk next to Santa Rosa Blvd. many sightseen all around the area including Boardwalk and pier.

Beach items are provided: beach towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and beach mat, 2 small ice chest is provided for your enjoyment at the beach, comforting of home away from home vacation!

Thing to note:
Please check out the house rule in the operation folder on the coffee table - NO smoking, NO loud music, NO party. We have many homeowners who live in the condo building who like pace and quite with no disturbing of loud music.

You may find all information you would need about WIFI password and the condo area and nearby area things to do in the folder on the coffee table in the living room. Also Coin Laundry room on the ground floor at the condo that except credit card so you don't have to worry about finding coins to use it, you can fine door code to get into coin laundry room in the operational fold in the living room.

No access to the lock box or the lock room that had a lock on it.
Other things to note.
There are two HOA share common BBQ behind building area by the parking area for any guest who like to use it.
