Great experience with excellent communication with host. Excellent location. Only fault is that house has less beds than advertised in rooms. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Ideal location!

We are a group of six women in our 60’s and 70’s. The Pepi apartment is ideally situated, with major attractions located within walking distance. The short walk from the train station was manageable and saved the cost of taxi. We appreciated the quiet residential location with lovely restaurants and market nearby. This clean and well appointed space also has a fully equipped kitchen. There are stairs but they are manageable. We would return for sure. Thank you Massimo. We loved our stay in Florence and appreciated having such a beautiful space to call home.

Lovely apartment

Recently renovated apartment , well-equipped and located in residential neighborhood not far from the Duomo or San Croce. Maximo is responsive and accommodating. The only issue was the number of stairs to climb .definitely would recommend.

Spacious, modern, clean and cool

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The place was spacious and very clean. The AC works perfectly. There were screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes and bugs. We were greeted by Massimo's friend and given excellent local expert advice on what to see and where to eat. We recommend the place highly.

Pepi and Grande apartments

I have used both the Pepi and Grande apartments for the past two years for my students. The accommodations are perfect and the location is superb. It is always clean. Loved It!

This apartment made us feel like we were locals and we loved it! It's a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. The entire place was clean and comfortable (although be careful of the low ceiling in the upstairs bathroom). Massimo was a wonderful host! FANTASTIC FLORENCE PENTHOUSE!

We wanted to congratulate Massimo for being a very great host for our six nights in Florence and a beautiful two bedroom penthouse apartment. The apartment was as described, completely well-equipped, and extremely clean. The apartment had a full kitchen, air conditioning in every room and A washer dryer unit. Massimo helped us with every thing and personally described all the features of The apartment to us, as well as told us where to find restaurants, groceries, and the like. If we had any questions, we called Massimo and he had immediate and complete answers. We would recommend this penthouse highly to all travelers to Florence, it is centrally located and easy to get everywhere. Great spacious apartment close to everything

We stayed with our elderly Aunt and Uncle at this location and were very pleased with the apartment. It is very close to a grocery store and has all the necessary items to cook and more importantly to make coffee. It is a small walk to the major attractions and also far enough away from the main district to have peace and quiet. It is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and each couple has their own space. We were there when it was a little chilly and that makes the fact you can control your own heat very important which we were able to do here. Also, having two separate bathrooms was a treat and seems hard to find in Italy. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this location to a friend. Massimo was very responsive and so helpful.

Квартира как нельзя лучше подходила нашей компании, чисто, уютно, просторно. Оснащена всем необходимым: хочешь - готовь дома, посуды достаточно, хочешь - в ресторан. Дети свободно могли выйти сами, вокруг безопасно и все рядом. Массимо, хозяин, всегда был на связи, очень гибкий и внимательный, все нам рассказал, порекомендовал, куда сходить, где поесть. Great apartment in Florence

My two teenage children and I stayed in this apartment and loved it. The apartment is very conveniently located - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, as well as a couple of grocery stores. The neighbourhood is quite safe; we walked home late at night and never felt concerned. The apartment looks as is shown in the photographs. Massimo was a pleasure to deal with. He met us at the apartment upon arrival, showed us around, and provided us with a list of nearby sights. He made sure we had everything we needed, and even returned the same day to provide us with additional bedding after we changed the configuration of the upstairs beds. He also arranged for a taxi for us when we were leaving. We hope to return to Florence again soon, and would not hesitate to stay at Piccolo Pepi again!

American tourist

The apartment is in a GREAT location, on a quiet street and centrally located to all "tourist" areas. It is nicely furnished with a washer and dryer, although we did not use the dryer, we hung our clothes out to dry. It is perfect for a family as it has two floors. There were four of us, my husband and I and my daugher and one of her friends (both 18) and they enjoyed their own bath and having a loft to themselves. The apartment is close to a grocery store - that was a fun adventure. It is very close to great restaurants - we found a new one called Touch that we highly recommend. It is on the third floor with no elevator but that was not a problem, the stairs are wide and winding.

A comfort apartment

Massimo's apartment is not far from all the attractive points, but quiet during night, so comfort for our stay and sleep. The apartment provide enough space for us, and 2 bathroom are really convenient. Everything looks as what is shown on picture. Massimo is a good host. He prepare a list for all the useful information nearby, and help us to reserve taxi before we live. Even though the building without elevator, but live in a local building with some history, that will not be a problem for us. Stay in local apartment and live as local people, this is really good experience.

Great location

Comfortable and spacious apartment close to historic centre. Massimo was helpful in every way. There is no lift in the building so probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Nevertheless, we were delighted with our choice and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable apartment and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Picolo Pepi apartment. The location was very private yet with easy access to all of the most interesting parts of Florence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the two bedrooms worked out perfectly for our family. Our young adult kids were able to share the upstairs bedroom and we stayed in the bedroom on the main floor. The kitchen was well equipped and the convenient access to the nearby supermarket allowed us to have breakfast in the apartment each morning. It was also great to have AC since we were there in mid-August and spent our days walking 8-10 miles in 95 degree temperatures. All in all we were very pleased with the apartment and appreciated the smooth reservation and payment process provided by Massimo and staff.

Fabulous stay in Firenze!

Everything was very conveniently located and a beautiful, historic building. Many thanks to Massimo for the great tour and his quick availability. We did not have any issues and found everything in the apartment to be perfect. We were two couples and were very comfortable. Certain to recommend to our family and friends.
