This amazing property offers the main home and two casitas in the back. Each casita has its own kitchen and private bathroom. There are two master bedrooms in the main house. This home is perfect for group events, family reunion, small gathering, small weddings. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from deep Ellum and Lower Greenville! The Junius Palace has been part of several documentaries and movie films in 2023!

1st Floor:

?One bedroom in the first floor. The bedroom in the first floor has a queen size bed, private bathroom and private patio. There are also two half bathrooms, one in the front of the home and one in the back near the kitchen.

2nd Floor:
?There are three bedrooms with their own private bathroom and king size beds. There is also a hang out area in the second floor.

Carriages:
?There are two carriages in the back each with their own private kitchen, king size bed and bathroom. Both carriages are included in the nightly rate!

Consumables:
?We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent

Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay for 30 day stays) Note PET FEE. Shorter stays are $50 per pet per stay. Pls keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
