The condo is beautiful, safe, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Includes linen including sheets and towels. For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Includes free cable and WiFi.

We will charge additional fees if there is a delay in check-out.

After 1 hour = $ 100.00
After 2 hours you will be charged the amount of a daily fee.

Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed at the home. If you break this rule, you will be charged a $420 fee.

There is a $120 pet fee if damage is found at your checkout. A $400 fee will be requested for the carpet cleaner.
