Be a part of this world at Mermaid Bay – Downtown. The two bedroom, two bath cozy coastal cottage is adorned with all the coastal vibes and of course mermaids. Located in downtown Rockport, Texas, a few blocks from Aransas Bay enjoy water views from the private balcony.

The long pull through driveway allows room for both a boat as well as additional vehicles. The fenced in backyard is a great place for the little ones to run and play as well as the dog, as Mermaid Bay – Downtown is pet friendly (2 dogs maximum)! Enjoy your vacation from the deck where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or evening cocktail. Fire up the grill and enjoy the beautiful weather as you dine Alfresco from the outdoor dining.

This two story open concept home is a great place to relax after a long day fishing. Find a Smart TV in the living room where you can watch your favorite Netflix show. Grab your favorite snack from the kitchen or practice your culinary skills with stainless steel appliances and available cookware. Retreat to the bedroom for well deserved rest. The primary bedroom is set with a queen bed and TV for late night viewing. The second bedroom has a full size bed, twin bed, and twin trundle a great place for friends to hang out or the little ones to be together. They will also have access to a Smart TV for a fun movie night just for them. For additional sleeping space a murphy bed can be found in the living room of the home. Find a washer and dryer in unit to wash any clothes throughout your stay.

This home is only minutes from excellent fishing, sailing, birding, shopping, dining, museums and more! Memorial Day weekend getaway
Overall a great stay! Impressed with the amount of cookware and utensils the property had. The fenced in part of the yard was a bit small but the open grassy area was very large and great for lawn games and cookouts. Awesome location with easy walks to restaurants/downtown and the pier!!

Wonderful property and stay.
This house was a perfect place for our family to spend a weekend. The house was so cute and comfortable. I loved how it was decorated. The property was in a perfect location. We would love to a stay here again on one of trips down to the Corpus/Rockport area.

Summer Vacation
The property was clean and well decorated. It is easy to get to. We enjoyed the upstairs balcony, the view of the bay and the breeze were great. Our only complaint would be the master bed sinks in the middle and it didn't feel like a queen bed. Also, the bedrooms are small and tight.

Perfect little bay house
This house was the absolute cutest house. We were very happy with our stay here and had the option of so many things to do. I grew up going to Port Aransas and corpus and this house was the perfect inbetween. I had 4 boys with me(my dad husband and 2 kiddos) and they love to fish and this was a nice walking distance to the pier. We went during the forth of July and my dad ended up stay at the house after a long day at the beach and he had a great view of the Rockport firework show from the top porch! It was a pleasant surprise for him! We also brought our dogs with us and they have the perfect little side yard that is great for the dogs!

Annual fishing trip
This was a really wonderful house! There was great indoor and outdoor seating, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for boat parking. Everything was clean and the space was very pleasant. Excellent location close to town, good neighborhood. The bathrooms were very nice and the entire house is well decorated. We would love to to come here again, highly recommend you will not be disappointed!
