Located in the very sought after Port Largo neighborhood in the heart of Key Largo. This astonishing ground level spacious 2,315 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms (two large master suites) & 3 full bathrooms. Newly renovated and fully furnished! Features an open floor plan, high ceilings, interior shutters and hurricane impact windows and doors. Note: Key Largo requires a 28+ day minimum stay for all rental properties.
The kitchen and living room flow together to create a very open space that is perfect for entertaining. Kitchen has everything you need to create the perfect meal and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work area or for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The living room has a large spacious sectional couch with ottoman. The floating media center includes wall-mounted 75″ 4K TV that is perfect for watching movies. The dining room features a large table with 8 chairs that is ready to host all your friends.
The backyard is dreamy with tropical trees, tiki hut, screened in lanai, bar, and a private pool. The tiki hut features a large table with 6 chairs, plenty of ambient lighting, and an electric grill. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or work on your tan. The screened porch features a seating area with love seat, 2 chairs, and coffee table. The corner bar has 3 bar stools and is perfect for hosting a happy hour with friends.
The first master bedroom features a king bed, 2 nightstands, large dresser w/ mirror, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second master bedroom features a 65″ 4K television, work table with 2 chairs, nightstands, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature full beds, 2 nightstands, and closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of lighting.
At night, turn on the Tiki Bar lights and enjoy a few drinks for happy hour. There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are in walking distance from the property. There is so many things to do in the area that you'll never be bored!

Port Largo is a beautiful neighborhood located on the ocean-side of Key Largo, FL. Surrounded by the warm waters of Florida Bay, the Florida Straits, and the Atlantic Ocean, 33-mile long Key Largo is just an hour’s drive from South Florida’s two major airports, but it feels like a world away. Visitors, vacationers, and locals love Key Largo’s laid-back lifestyle and beautiful climate—close to 3,000 hours of sunshine annually and frost has never been recorded!
Dive Capital of the World, Key Largo offers scuba divers and snorkelers plenty to discover underwater while deep sea fishing charters, kayaking, and yacht clubs offer fun on the water, and nature trails and wild bird rehabilitation centers offer adventure onshore. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is home the first underwater marine park and only living coral reef system in the United States and Dagny Johnson Key Largo Hammock Botanical State Park is home to 84 protected species of plants and animals and one of the largest tracts of West Indian tropical hardwood hammock in the United States.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are in walking distance from the property. Parking at the property is fantastic--The main driveway has enough room for two vehicles to park behind the electronic gate. A secondary driveway can fit a 25′ boat/trailer and also has an electronic gate. Both gates can be automatically opened and closed by remote control. In addition, there is plenty of parking along the street outside of the gate.
