Tervetuloa Vinkkejä Inn, 3000 Sq. Ft. Frame Lakefront kotiin suoraan järven Anna 100 "prime ranta yksityisellä puolella. Talossa on 2 seulotaan kuistia (yksi on laiturissa), ja 700 sq. Ft. Terasseille nauttimaan. Telakka mahtuu veneen tai jet ski. Käynnistää ramppi on aivan nurkan takana. Voit pelata jalkapalloa, jalkapalloa tai frisbee lähes hehtaarin paljon, tai vain rentoutua yksi kansien ulkopuolella ja nauttia maisemista.

Sisällä Master Suite vie koko kolmannessa kerroksessa, ja tarjoaa king size-vuode, 32 "taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin, ja oma kylpyhuone jossa on poreallas ja lämmitetty laatta lattia. On myös parvi alueella ulkopuolella makuuhuone, joka on perustettu lukeminen / musiikki alueella. On kaksi makuuhuonetta permannolla. Yksi on queen-vuode oma kylpyhuone seisomaan suihku ja toisessa on täysikokoinen vuode ja kerrossänky. Molemmat makuuhuoneet ovat 22 "taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.

Suuri huoneessa 32 "taulutelevisio ja DVD / VCR-soitin, ja kaksi liukuovea, jotka avautuvat valtava kannelle. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki mitä tarvitset kokki suosikki aterian. Suojattu kuisti pois suuri huone on täydellinen paikka syödä illallista ruokailutila kuudelle, ja propaanin grilli voit kokki että täydellinen pihvi.

Very comfortable home - laid out perfectly for what we needed . And the walk to the dock was very easy - too bad the water was so warm (almost hot) - but still gorgeous .. home was well equipped - the screened in area at the dock was awesome - the outlets however didn’t work nor the fan - but didn’t matter . Great stay !

It was a very nice house.It had a spacious yard, and the house was very nice and well stocked. Mary the property manager was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay!

We had a great time at Tips Inn! It was well stocked with towels, sheets, kitchenware, etc. The only downside to our stay was that the internet did not work. The property manager tried to come over and fix it, but we didn't have any luck. The place was the perfect size for out 8 adults. Awesome location on the water and enjoyed the boat house! Will hopefully be back in the future!

Good Stay

Overall the stay was good. Slight hiccup when we first arrived… Dirty towels and bedding were at the door. The cleaning personnel failed to pick up previous occupants dirty linens and failed to make up the beds for the rooms used. The property manager did come to pick up the dirty linens and brought new bedding/towels. There was absolutely no toilet paper besides 2 rolls in the bathrooms. Caught a few ants around the house. The power did go off for 1 hour during a small rain storm. Wifi is not the greatest, I had to use my personal hot spot for my laptop and had better connection off the wifi. Other than those issues, the stay was good. Was able to kayak and play some games/ping pong. Very large property, looks small on the outside. Was also able to grill on the last night.

The first thing we appreciated was the cleanliness. Everything was spotless. The walls looked freshly painted. We had all kinds of extras we didn't know we needed, dishwasher pods, a much needed first aid kit, some laundry soap and even some spices. The view from the deck was breathtaking, (morning sun to have coffee and afternoon shade on the porch which was big enough to throw cornhole on!) the layout of the house,allowed our older 20+ kids the space to stay up late in the game room in the basement while we went to bed early upstairs. The open layout of the kitchen, dining and living rooms kept everyone together. The large dock and screened in boat house were great for hanging out on sunny days and the screened in table beside the kitchen was perfect for cards during rainy days. We loved it loved loved loved it. Close to a convenience store for ice and gas. Located in a peaceful cove but near deep big clear water . The plentiful plastic lawn chairs were so nice at both the deck and down at the boat house. The kids thought the basement game room was the bomb. The master bedroom and jacuzzi tub was so romantic (and theraputic for old bones) for my husband and I in the evenings. We stay at a lot of houses and rent a lot of places and this was really the nicest place ever. Just so many little amenities and again, so clean! Also, liked that it was up to date, modern. Nice wood floors. The linen service gave us plush towels and good quality nice smelling sheets. It was unexpected but appreciated. mary, the hostess, was accommodating with phone calls and returning to me with answers and information.We are certainly coming back and thinking about a cozy winter visit. The only think I could think to suggest would maybe be a fire ring for fall or winter and maybe more flat baking pans?? We cooked ribs and had to go buy some tinfoil pans. Other than that the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. I'd say thats a pretty good revue from an picky older lady with high expectations! Thanks very much for one of the best weeks we have ever had. We are sold on Lake Anna and Tipps Inn.

Great stay. Incredible water views. Screened in areas were great for bug avoidance. Comfortable amenities and a delightfully firm king mattress as opposed to saggy ones in other rentals.Would stay again.

Never want to leave

Everything about this house was perfection! The location, the view, the house, the kitchen and house layout. Additionally, I have never stayed in a house as well stocked as this one! Wow!! We never left the house during our 4 night stay except to walk up to the gas station/market for an occasional breakfast sandwich or ice cream! The convenience was everything!! The water was a balmy 90 degrees and we loved ever minute of it because the kids never wanted to get out! The two kayaks were a treat and we brought our stand up paddle board too. We trolled around the lake and saw so many big beautiful birds! I really shouldn’t write such an amazing review because now I will have to fight with other people to rent this house- but I wanted everyone to know how great it was! Thank you!

Beautiful lake

Each year friends of mine that I’ve known for 35 years get together to catchup. This weekend’s trip was the best yet! The house is absolutely beautiful and being able to sit on the deck in the morning drinking coffee while staring out over the water made time stand still. The one and only negative thing about this visit was the temperature of the lake. Obviously out of the owner’s control but jumping into a lake that is 90 degrees is not very refreshing in August. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice property

We had a great time staying at the property. The house was plenty big enough to house my family group of 9. The house was neatly kept, and the boathouse was a nice to hang out in while the kids were swimming. Our only complaint was how hot the lake water was, but nothing could be done about that.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful lake house! The home was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family getaway — with three bedrooms, a fun basement equipped with a table tennis setup, and a huge backyard with easy access to the lake.My brother-in-laws and I had an absolute blast playing ping pong, while our kids (ages 4 and 3) loved running around and exploring the outdoors. The peaceful lake view made it even more special.To top it off, I accidentally left my phone behind, and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. They coordinated everything perfectly, and I’ll be picking it up this weekend — a big thanks for going above and beyond!Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind with family or friends. We’ll definitely be back!

Ladies night get away

We loved this house. Great view. Peaceful and quiet. So many different locations to hang out. We especially loved the two screened in porches. So we were able to be outside all day even when it rained. Everyone agreed we would like to book it again.

Peace full Lake side Retreat

Everything was as described as, about property.Host was very cooperative, check in and check out process was smooth , well equipped Lake front kitchen, good restaurant's and food Lion is near by,8/ 10 miles away. Overall we enjoyed our stay, definitely we will come back

Lack of basic necessity

Arrived with at 10pm after a long day of travel. None of the beds were made up with fresh linen. Each bed had a bag with fresh sheets so that we could make our own beds. With a party of five ..the next issue was the lack of any toilet paper or paper towels on the premises. Making a bad situation worse, it was late evening and we were no where near any kind of open store to go out and buy any. This prompted a call to the property manager who said to take it up with the owner. This prompted some heated words with the manager who came over shortly thereafter with some TP with the words that it was from her "private stash" and that we should not speak to her "that way" if we wanted any assistance. Simply put... if you are not going to supply TP for your guests (a house full), you might want to let them know in advance so they might get some before they arrive and find all local stores closed. Also I never booked at VRBO where we were tasked with making our beds on arrival. Overall, a not so wonderful stay.

Weekend Stay

Beautiful spot on Lake Anna. House met our needs and we had a great weekend. Check-in and communication was a little difficult, called and left messages with property manager We were unable to get a hold of her right away so didn’t get into the house right away. Did eventually get an email from property owner that evening to double check on us. No trash bags. No dish soap. No toilet paper. It was easier for us to just get these things ourselves than have to deal with property manager.

Wonderful lake house/location

We had a fantastic stay! Location is right on the water with beautiful views. Ample sleeping areas for our group and kitchen is well stocked. A few cons - noting here for possible improvements in the future - dust/cobwebs/spiders; property could use some deep-cleaning, guests need to bring extra toilet paper (did not see this listed in property description and expected there to be at least an extra roll in each bathroom but there was not - luckily there is a store about 5 miles up the road), beds were not made - clean linens were on top of each bed (again, expected the sheets to already be on the bed - especially when paying this much money - certainly do not expect to go on vacation at a house like this and have to make the beds when we arrive). Just some things to think about to elevate the experience for others down the road. We very much enjoyed the deck and the boat dock. Kids swam and kayaked quite a bit. Thank you!

Loved it by the lake

Peaceful, beautiful house by the lake. Spent the weekend with friends touring wineries and enjoying The Cove :) Great communication & great property.

Swimming in the cove, great waterskiing and wakeboarding. Fishing right off the dock. Convenience store within walking distance. Peaceful surroundings, no crowds. Boat launch ramp right around the corner. Enjoying morning coffee on the screened porch while watching the sunrise. Great views!
